Just a thin cloth and thin paper (not even cardboard!!) between my two rings and whatever wear and tear FedEx put them through. What keeps me coming back though is the customer service. The employees are consistently attentive and genuinely nice. They've checked the stockroom, searched other locations for my size, and always go the extra mile. A special thank you to Jeremy and Yackie for always taking such great care of me. The selection of brands is fantastic, and for the prices, it's hard to beat. They also signed me up for the Bloomingdale's loyalty rewards program, which ended up saving me a nice amount on my recent Versace watch purchase. DIEGO SHOULD BE FIRED! I have never experienced such a complete lack of customer service, empathy, or basic professionalism. After purchasing a bag, instead of offering a simple thank-you or even basic courtesy, Diego spoke to me rudely and dismissed me with, "Yes, go." On top of that, a young woman sales associate standing at the register laughed at me when I explained that my bag changed color on 1 side after the first days: parts of it turned slightly bluish instead of the beige shade I chose. She laughed and asked "What brand are your jeans?" in a mocking tone, as if it were something to make fun of. I said that my jeans were from Zara, a good brand. It was extremely disrespectful, especially considering that everyone there works just like I do and there is nothing wrong with wearing Zara!
