The smocked outfits, the baby layettes, shoes, jewelry, accessories... it's all a dream. The quality of the clothing is superb! I'm now having my grandson wear outfits that were my sons! A lovely and patient person. She made sure we had the right fit for his chubby feet . We bought three pairs of shoes and they are so cute . I didn't buy clothes because has so much and he will be needing winter clothing and they were in transition. Unfortunately we do not live in Miami so I can't shop there all the time but I do go about once a year . I will definitely be going back . I used to shop there for my daughter when she was little - now it's her baby's turn .

Hablé con un supervisor y por gusto. Que por política y por mi seguridad la orden no se podía reordenar. Tuve que poner una orden por delivery pagando 20 $ para que me llegara más rápido la orden. When I was done with my daughters dress I wanted to preserve it for future & 3 dry cleaners sent back the dress because it has a special treatment in washing & preserving. I have yet to find a place that will do this and it's almost a year since. They also do not recommend a place so essentially you might be left with a dress in a closet. If they're a specialty store they really should pair up with a vendor(s) & provide you a list especially for the price one pays.

Of the two that weren't being helpful, one was a greeter and the other was just folding clothes. Seriously, how difficult is it to open up another cashier to charge my purchase of a gift card? I mean, the people in front of me only took advantage of a sale and bought the entire store. I may be exaggerating on that part, but they were there for awhile. At any rate, one of the two employees got a clue and charged me for the gift card. Finally! And I don't say more because the amount of laziness just annoyed me. Poor cashier was overwhelmed with a family who only spoke English while she only spoke Spanish. What was the point of having to point at things and having to ask other employees to translate? Seriously? Ugh - I've gone before and have never seen this at this location. Please take a customer service training course! Or at the very least drink some coffee in the morning.
