There were mistakes on our tax returns, that should have been reviewed before forwarding to the IRS. It took 2 to 3 years to resolve the issue and receive compensation. Today, we called to change time of appointment.... The receptionist misheard or deliberately over exaggerated what my husband requested. We then receive a call from owner yelling that we have a choice to apologize to the receptionist or take our business elsewhere, without asking what happened. That was an easy and welcome decision. We usually don't receive such drama and explosive behavior from professionals, we already have a new accountant!

He didn't ask a single question, besides to verify if he had entered the correct information. Beware of the final charges, it was definitely over priced!! If I was able to cancel; turn around and walked out, I would have and used turbo tax instead. I honestly thought that he'll have more knowledge as a tax agent but unfortunately that's not the case here. No stars!
