While I have been here many times over the years and there has been multiple owners after the original(Now own's Millo's) the menu and quality has been all over the place. I have had some good, very good and less than desirable. While I have always had good to very good service things have not remained consistent through the years. We're always up for trying new (to us) places, so we decided on Kozy's last week. It's about 20 minutes from home, not a big deal, the pizza was still relatively warm when we got it home. The Rodeo pizza was good, TONS of toppings, but the BBQ sauce was a little too tangy for me. The meat lovers pizza was the best out of the two, the crust was delicious but it didn't have much sauce on it so it was a bit dry. Everyone within the establishment was friendly and apologetic that our order wasn't ready when they said it would be, we waited maybe an extra 5 minutes, not a huge deal at all. Although we did enjoy our pizzas, and we'd definitely try some of their other creations, I don't think we'll go out of our way to go back unless we're passing by or in the area. read more

Terrible customer service. Placed a pickup order with the request they walk it to my car as my toddler was asleep in the car, a reasonable ask... long pause and then their answer "we can't do that. That will be 18 whatever." I gently reiterate my child is asleep in the car and I have plenty of cash to compensate tip for the person walking the 50ft to deliver my food. It's nope "we can't help you sir.that will be 18 whatever" So with that said, MILLO'S is about a mile north on 125 and a right at the light and has the same quality food and a better service. I gave them 1 because there is nothing lower, I ordered sandwiches as wraps to reduce carbs, Im a type 1 so I'm careful what I eat, last week they were great, well I received both my wraps (My wife and I) with bread, the wraps weren't what we ordered. I'm sorry to have to write this review. Over the years I have given Kozys a lot of business but given their performance over the last year, especially over the last few months, I am very hesitant to patronize them again. Their food is inconsistent at best. They seem more concerned with their bar business and their brewing business then making sure that their food customers the taken care of appropriately. One only needs to look at the new signage that was just put up to know that Kozys is no longer the priority and the Topwater brewery is what matters to them. Last nights order was probably the straw that broke the camels back. I always order my pizza well done. I also put a note in the order to make sure that the pizza is well done. Even though I do this I get a soggy pizza. I also ordered fried mushrooms last night. I am literally five minutes from there and the mushrooms were stone cold by the time I got home. The pizza was hot, but as I said, was not well done as ordered. If you look at recent reviews you will see that they have lost whatever spotlight they once had in the area. At this time, in good conscience, I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone. read more

This is the closest pizza to our house and it doesn't disappoint! In fact, I'd say you have to travel at best 30-45 minutes for better. We are always pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pizza. They have other food options too but we haven't had them. There is an attached brewery- Topwater- which is worth skipping in my opinion but not the worst I've had. My only complaint- service for dine-in. We have a daughter so we don't sit in the bar area and I feel like we are consistently ignored in the other part of the restaurant. There are only a few tables there. It takes forever to get service and we commonly have to wave a waitress down. Moral of the story- if you have a young family- skip the dine in and order it to go! read more

I'd like to give this place more stars because we come to them often because of their convenience and solid quality of food, but I can't because they are not consistent and are absolutely terrible at communication and follow through. If there is a 2.5 hour wait time, you need to let your customers know. People ordering pizza delivery aren't prepared to sit around for this long for this service. It really just makes us angry and not want to come back. We get it, stuff happens, but the 2.5 hour wait time on a delivery has now happened three or more times. Just pick up a phone, dude, and be real with your regulars. When Kozy's is on, they're on. But when there is any snag in the system or life's daily system, they don't seem to be able to deal. Ugh!!! Went to visit Top Water for a beer on a Friday late afternoon around 3:30ish. Bar was about half full. Ordered a raspberry lime beer which was very delicious. The bartender who is also the bar manager Christian greeted me quickly. Down the other side of the bar was a group of drunk 35-40ish "men" who were clearly over served and had been there a long time. One was yelling the C and F word at an extremely high volume while a family with young children was in ear's reach he was clearly drunk. What shocked me even more was the "bar manager" served the man at least two more beers and let him drive out of there. read more

My husband and I have been going to Kozy's for years, but for the last couple years, it has been terrible. We recently went after a trip up north, and were extremely dissapointed. I ordered a steak and cheese sub. With unseasoned steak, and almost raw vegetables, the sandwich was almost inedible. My husband got the Greek pizza. The olives tasted straight from a can, and the crust tasted like it had been frozen. He ate a slice and threw the rest out. One of the worst eating experiences of our lives. The place is run down, and the booths are worn. It is said to see a Barrington, NH mainstay fade away like Kozy's has. read more

Moved to Lee a few months back and someone recently told me how good Kozy's was and that they delivered. I was excited, something different, somewhere new to try! 1st order about 3 weeks ago, they type my address in as being in Barrington, a hour and 15 minutes later the driver calls( really nice younger guy), lost in Barrington with my pizza, I fix the address screw up and 15 minutes later he shows up with my cold pizza, and the wrong size soda. I understand, not his fault, the slip was indeed entered wrong, but I'm still thirsty eating COLD PIZZA. 2nd order about 10 days later, they get the address right, but it's still well over an hour and the pizza is lukewarm, apparently they dont have thermal bags) 3rd, AND FINAL time was tonight, I place my order, i make a special effort to ensure the girl taking the order has LEE for my address, and here we go again, the driver calls me at the 45 minute mark, in BARRINGTON with my pizza, so once again, I'm eating a COLD PIZZA, I immediately called the restaurant asking for a manager, and am told there's none working until Monday?!?! Really, there's no one in charge until Monday, I call B.S.! Mind you in all three instances I tipped the driver $4 or $5 because it's really not their fault, but no one has offered to credit me for the cold pizza or called to apologize (except the poor drivers) I'm done, completely done with Kozy's!! Spend your pizza money elsewhere, these guys obviously dont care about the customers and just plain suck! read more

First time here, not impressed. Almost 30 minutes to get a sandwich off the grill?! How are they still in business. Smh. I ordered a stir fry sub which usually takes about 10 minutes to make, at most restaurants. Overall the sandwich was good. We are from out of state and usually order Kozy's when we are in the area. It's been 2 years since the last time we ordered from them. Back then the food was pretty good and very fast service. This time we had an extremely long wait(ordered and was told 20 minutes, I arrived and was told 5-10 more only to end up waiting 30 minutes longer than the estimated pick up time!). Seen many Kozy's changes over the years and this one appears positive. Very nice bright and clean interior makeover, and a very friendly positive staff. Cool to hear the orders relayed in Greek and in an upbeat way, Prices are very reasonable as well. No one was rude to me or the other patrons in the establishment. Usually the food is very good but to start with tonight the woman taking our order was very confused about our non complicated order. I get a large Bacon Chicken Ranch pizza and it has enough cheese on it for 3 pizzas and enough grease to soak the whole bottom and sides of the box. The cheese was literally over flowing over the crust. Then got 2 bacon cheeseburger subs. Came with inch thick patties stacked on top of each other with a slice of bacon looking like a jumbled mess. Since the new owner took over the service is terrible, food horrible. Owner is rude to its patrons and employees. I would advise no one to go there. Plus raised their prices. We have lived in the area for 13 years and have always ate at Kozy's. After the last owners we stopped eating there because they were bad. We noticed that they were under new management just recently and decided to try it. I am glad we did. They remodeled the inside and it looks great. I picked up take out and it was ready and hot when I got there. The portions were a great side and really delicious. It is nice to see a pizza place close to my house open again that I like!!!!
