The first time my husband and I ordered online we weren't sure if food would actually come because Gemini told us this place is permanently closed. It's not! Unbelievably thin pizza with the absolute smallest amount of toppings you could possibly put on a pizza!!! I ordered a Greek pizza that doesn't come with black olives, (seriously!). Well I'm back back back again to leave another review of this DISGRACEFUL business!! I would have updated my last one but since this is a separate incident it deserves it's on review. After my last review and visit to PIZZA SPINNERS IN LEE NH. We decided that since the owner was nice enough to call me and discuss after my last review, while I did not actually speak to him, it was a nice gesture, that maybe we would give it another try. And once again.... BIG BIG BIG MISTAKE! My husband called in the order on his way home from Portsmouth and when he arrived to pick up our pizzas he was told by the incompetent staff that they "didn't have his order and he must have called the wrong pizza spinners"!!! So he is a better person than me and had them just make it and he will wait. He REDIALED the number he ordered from and informed them that he had called the right number. NO APOLOGY, no attempt to make it right just to make us wait more. This will be the LAST TIME we even try. This staff is ridiculous, incompetent and lazy. With 10 people behind the counter you would think someone knows what they are doing but obviously not. Not to mention the crap attitude on ALL THE EMPLOYEES. Entry #3 on the Let's Get Take-Out on the Way Home from Work on Friday Tour of Route 125! Oh my God! I had my heart set on a steak bomb, but I really wanted French Fries with it. I could not find a menu from Pizza Spinners online, despite looking for days! While looking at all the other reviews, I noticed that the raves were for their pizza. I really did not want a pizza tonight. I went to the location in the strip of shops in Lee, planning to order a steak bomb if the restaurant served French fries. As I read the overhead menu, I did not notice French fries at all. What to do? I ordered a calzone! My favorite- chicken parmesan and broccoli. Wow, it was delicious! Fresh broccoli and a calzone that was cooked to perfection. Not greasy, not dry, just right. The sauce was tasty too! 10/10! The friendly gal who took my order made sure I had plenty of cutlery and plates! Very good service! I will order from here again, but for the love of God can the owners get one of the tech savvy kids who work there to put the menu online? I just want to see a menu- I don't want to place an order for delivery from a 3rd party place. It's not rocket science! Lost a long time customer today because of an arrogant entitled brat that was working. Our our was half forgotten when we got there , the other was wrong and when I questioned it , "Kary " opened the box and made some snide remarks , I ended up getting a pizza- I. Couldn't even eat. Because of the extra tipping that was on there I can't eat. I Ne er complain and have worked in Customer service management for most of my life . Got pizzas delivered for a work meeting. Pizza was flavorful with good toppings and lots of cheese. Crust was pretty tasty, kind of like the old Royal's in Rochester. Too much cheese maybe? It was super greasy and the toppings were sliding off the dough. All in all typical town pizza, nothing too bad or too good to really mention. read more

I give a 3 star because the staff are nice and the pizza is ok. They are approximately 4 minutes from my house but I prefer to go 23 minutes to Epping, Rochester or Dover NH because I do not feel appreciated. I have not one time seen any coupons or discounts. For The most part they have really good food. it's very tasty however don't order anything and have it delivered because they miss one thing every time . I asked for a toasted Italian, it's not toasted, I ask for banana peppers on the side, we don't get banana peppers. My wife asked for salad dressing for her salad , she doesn't get salad dressing, other than the massive inconsistency on take out, pretty good. Update it 6:00 PM on a Sunday it's 8/14 2016 Since this previous view I let months maybe a year pass I keep going back this time I ordered it through online, it plainly says just pickles and black olives, yet they gave me cheese and forgot the rest. People ask me why I don't write good reviews, i'm a firm believer in knowing your job. Have eaten here a few times over the past few years. The pizza is good, but it's pricey. I paid $20.50 plus tax for a large 4 topping. That's higher than any other pizza shop in the area. The crust appears to be a preformed, shipped-in crust. It's not thin and not thick - sort of medium. They do not stretch it themselves because they will not make a thin crust for you. The crust flavor and texture are good. The sauce and cheese are good and the toppings are plentiful. Service is very good - about 15 minutes to get your pizza. read more

A nice local pizza shop. Good food, super freindly and accommodating delivery drivers. The portions on the dinners (such as the Chicken Parmagiana) are AWESOME! Only drawback is sometimes the delivery times are 90min+, however if you ask when ordering they are always upfront and accurate about the current delivery timeframes, often they beat the estimate by a little bit too! Other times the delivery is BLAZING fast, I live about 3.5 Miles away, and a few times I've gotten my pizza in less than 20mins. read more

Their delivery times are absurd. We are only ten minutes away, and it took over an hour to have it delivered, which is a common issue with this place. Thankfully, my food was actually warm this time, instead of cool. If you live within walking distance, save your money from the delivery, and just walk there. It looked like it was pre-made, possibly machine made off-site and frozen. It was far from authentic: too thick and with under-developed glutens, more like quick rise bread than crust. Not only are there frequent mistakes with the orders, but many of the employees are rude and always seem to have an attitude, even when, or sometimes especially when, there are mistakes. Let me start off by saying good customer service goes a long way. The first issue that constantly happens is the delivery time we live 10 minutes away and we are always told 1 hour for delivery whether it's Tuesday night or Friday night. The food is ok but nothing to write home about. Finally the customer service is awful today I came in to order I placed my order at the counter. After waiting a few minutes my order was ready. I returned home ready to relax to find out that my order was completely wrong. I called them back to let them know they informed me I could come back and get my correct order. Friendly, helpful, and clear communication. The delivery was unacceptable. The pizza arrived *much* earlier than I ordered (and confirmed the time frame). The result: we were forced to eat cold pizza. This is why I cannot rate the pizza as anything better than average. The driver also failed to complete the order and *did not* offer to correct his mistake. I would try again, but will never order delivery - not worth the tip! read more
