Not a place you can trust if you ever want to see your clothes again...dropped off clothes here and after 3 weeks of stalling the owner admitted that he lost it and I would not be getting them back, which was unacceptable because they were bought abroad and I can't replace them. I've been going to KP cleaners since I moved back to Atlanta in 2017. I've had them dry clean all sorts of items from velvet throw pillow covers to dresses. Their prices are very reasonable. Most recently, I got a nice lounge set, beaded blouse, skirt, and dress dry cleaned for $40. The owners are really nice and always greet me with a smile. Parking is a small lot with a couple dedicated spots for dry cleaning customers but I haven't had any issues with getting a spot. I've never requested a rush on my items so I can't speak to how well they handle quick turn requests but they always ask me when I need my items by so I believe they at least offer that option. Between the quality of the work, the affordability, and the warm reception whenever I come, I'll continue to patronize them as long as I'm in the area and would recommend them to others. read more

I've been using KP Personal Touch Cleaners for several years now. They've always been nice to me and do a great job pressing my clothes. They are always smiling and go the extra mile, even hanging my clean clothes in my car for me. If I have an emergency - a fast turnaround - they are quick to respond. The husband and wife team that work there are nice people, and the prices are reasonable. Found this place on Yelp and it is right across my gym which makes it very convenient for me. I needed to have my birthday dress dry clean, brought it there and the owner, an asian man, was very honest with me from the get go and told me that he would not be able to "dry clean" the dress. due to the fabric and all. I was quite disappointed, but he carefully explained to me how I could just wash it home and bring it to him for a press. Followed his instructions, dress came out completely clean. Brought it to him to press, felt like he over charged me since I haven't been to other places with the dress I am not sure how other cleaners would have charged me. I've been going here for over a year now and they are very nice and typically provide a good service. However, on my last visit I picked up a shirt with three pulls on the left side, damaging the fabric of the shirt. When I talked to them about it, they said they have never seen anything like it and since they don't inspect all the clothing when it's dropped off, that they can't guarantee that it didn't arrive damaged. They suggested that if it's a new and pricey shirt, then I should go back to the store with the receipt and return it. Did not damage my items and cleaned them very well. 3 because at drop off, they took 10min looking at my 4 curtains and I pointed out the dry cleaning tag that described how and what material to confirm they could do that (was a nice linen but nothing fancy). They confirmed, I asked ABOUT how much they said $12-15 no more, a curtain. When I picked them up, they charged $19 a curtain. I asked why and they said for "delicate handling" when I already addressed this with them at drop off as 3 of their staff looked at the items and confirmed everything. Just felt a bit up charged for no reason when she already knew the item and said $15 max. read more

I found this cleaners based on yelp reviews. Not too much to say. They are reasonably priced and do a good job with cleaning and alterations. Turn around on getting your clothes is quick depending on when you want it. I usually don't need anything for another week. The owners are super nice. As long as I'm on this side of town this will be where I go! read more

This is by far the best dry cleaners I've been to. Been coming here for a year and have never been disappointed. When I bring in my husbands jeans for a wash and press they don't look used. The first time I picked up his pants I thought they gave me the wrong stuff, they were damn near brand new looking and feeling. They do an amazing job cleaning your garments and really go above and beyond. I had a couple of older winter coats that I had dry cleaned. They've been through the ringer and had enough pilling to make a blanket. No other dry cleaner has ever bothered with them but the owner took her time to remove them one by one. My coats look brand new now. Their prices are extremely reasonable and they do everything in house so it's always a quick turn around. Other people have also mentioned this but it is very rare now a days, the owners are so friendly, they always greet me with the kindest and warmest smile. Their energy really vibrates through the place and it shows in the quality of their work. And a very personal experience I went in about a week ago to pick up my husbands jeans, about 16 of them so they were heavy, it was about 90 degrees outside and I'm 9 months pregnant. The owners were so sweet and wishing me the best of luck and when I was getting ready to leave John told me to stop and just go to the car. He wouldn't let me take the clothes to my car. I thought that was so sweet especially since he had other customers coming in. This place is a true community gem. read more

I moved to the Chamblee area a few months ago and started to look for a dry cleaners to start using. I tried a bunch but finally settled on this one. It's in a very convenient location and easy to get to. The owner of the shop is very friendly and the service is fast. I only wear white shirts and they come back almost irridiated and awesomely clean...........no ring around the collar (LOL) and pressed perfectly. This place is amazing, truly a stand-out among the cleaners in the area. I've cycled through a number of cleaners and they all seem to have their little issues - Except KP Personal Touch. The owners are both extremely pleasant (a rare thing nowadays!) and have repeatedly gone above and beyond to give excellent service. The wife has fixed my pants, the husband has marked and cleaned stains I didn't notice until he pointed them out. Even after a long day at work it's nice to know that I'll always be greeted with a smile and asked how my day went.. These little conversations that are almost gone nowadays. Brought in a duvet cover to be cleaned and restitched in one spot. Took almost 3 weeks to be done. I was told one of their machines were down, even though they had originally said it would need to be done by hand? When I finally got it back IT WAS NOT CLEANED & they had torn the fabric, 3x bigger than the spot they repaired! Zero customer service, zero attempt to correct the situation....rude and dismissive!
