Ruined a $2,000 silk duvet cover, and they refused to even refund the cost of "dry cleaning". Unscrupulous and bad at what they do.

Despite being the closest cleaners to my house, I have decided that this is a business of last resort for me. Overall I think they do a nice enough job with my clothes. That said, this is the most expensive dry cleaner I have ever used. Also, despite the fact that I told them I prefer my shirts folded rather than hung and despite the fact that the owner said he put that in their system it still is 50/50 whether I will actually get my shirts the way I want them. read more

Recently was in the terror-inducing spot of having to find a new dry cleaner after using the same place for almost a decade. Between the close proximity to my house and rave Yelp reviews, I figured I would try out Pro Cleaners on Dresden. I was able to pull right up in the parallel spots out front - they have 2 spaces that have reserved signs for Cleaner drop off/pickup. It took them all of about 2 minutes to get all my information as a new customer - they gave me a ticket and told me my items would be ready by Friday (dropped off Wednesday afternoon). They also mentioned I would get a text when my items were ready, which is helpful! Later that day I got a text about one of my items having a tear in it at drop off. I got a picture and they asked if I wanted them to repair it before cleaning. I really appreciated how prompt they were to bring the issue to my attention and send a photo of the damaged item, because I had not realized it was torn when I dropped it off. They were able to repair it before cleaning for a minimal cost. Pricing is reasonable and when I picked up my items they even helped me to my car because it was raining. Hands down the best dry cleaners in Brookhaven, Buckhead, and Chamblee area! I just moved outside of the perimeter and tried different cleaners but they were much more expensive and did a terrible job. I now drive 15 minutes out of my way to drop my clothes off here because they are so much better than anyone else. They have also hemmed some of my jeans and they were the perfect length. Even have drive up spots where they'll get your clothes out of your car for you. I wish more business had service like this. Very professional, very kind, and do great work. read more

The staff is very friendly and more importantly the service provided is superb. We get our clothes washed and folded (renovation happening at our home) and cleaning for my dress shirts. Went in to have a comforter cleaned, and when I got it back it was completely wrinkled. When I went back to address the Owners to ask about pressing it, they were aggressive and rude saying I have never asked for it to be pressed, and that it would be an additional 30 dollars to press my comforter. Completely unacceptable for a business owner to act that way towards a paying customer. I will never use them again. read more

I parked on the public street to go to another local business and was immediately approached by the business owner in an extremely abrasive manner. He expressed that the two spaces were fir his customers which was false as verified by the local business a few doors down. This approach to someone simply parking their car and going about their business is likely an extension of how they service their customers. My suggestion is to have your customers look for parking like every other business owners or have them pick up from the area behind the shop like many other cleaners pick up areas. Rude and obnoxious is not warranted and you do not own public parking spots that are there for ALL patrons. read more

By far the best dry cleaners I have ever used. It is not only affordable, but they do great, quality work. I took then a few work dresses, one of which was a white Calvin Klein that had a few stains on it that NO other cleaner could get out. They gave it back to me and it looked brand new. Mike, the owner, loves my wife (no, not in that kind of way), and always takes great care of her clothes, so that's good. He goes out of his way to be friendly. I like him too, I'm just not as easily excited. It's dry cleaning. As for the results, Mike P. said it best, solid but not spectacular, and the prices are reasonable for shirts. The owner is super friendly and always remembers me and my husband by name. Also, if you park in front of the shop, he will run out of the shop to either pick up your dirty clothes or bring out your clean clothes. Prices are average (~$4.50 women's pants, ~$1.25 men's shirts, ~$5 sweaters). The only thing I refuse to drop off there are dresses because the last one I dropped off was either $10 or $12! (Edit: my husband dropped off one of my dresses recently and it was only $8, so maybe the prices vary) The location is convenient because I pass it every day on my way to and from work. If I drop my clothes off before 9am, they're usually done the next day. read more

I don't know how this place has over 2 stars. I left a jacket to be cleaned and picked up before a trip. It was supposed to be ready two days before I came in to pick it up and it still wasn't ready. Not only was it not ready but it wasn't even there because they outsource their cleaning to another location! If I hadn't been going on a trip, they would have just shrugged and said sorry, but I had to have my jacket. I came in Monday morning at 7am and asked if I could have 4 garments dry cleaned and returned by 5pm that day. They could not do that-- soonest was next day. Also they don't have a drive thru here.I then got on google maps and found Esquire Cleaners about a mile away. Drove over and they were able to get garments back to me within the day. They do a good job but their prices are ridiculous. $5-6 for a golf shirt?? Last time I picked up my shirts I noticed the collar of the dress shirt was all crinkled up. I had inadvertently left a plastic collar stay in the collar and they cleaned and pressed the shirt. No biggie but I asked that they redo the shirt. I dropped off a white linen sweater with stains on Wednesday afternoon. The man behind the counter told me that the stains may not come out and that it would be ready for pickup on Friday after 5pm (unless the stains did not come out in which case they would need more time to try again). I asked if it might be possible to pick it up just after 12pm on Friday (provided the stains came out the first go round) as I was leaving for a trip. He said that they would try but could not guarantee it, which I understood. Sure enough, I received a call at 2:30pm on Thursday that the stains had come out and the sweater was ready for pickup! I had been using Pro Cleaners for a good while, and despite the high prices the results were generally good. However, a while ago I took in a wool-type sweater and when it was returned, it had huge holes in it! I had worn it the day before and there had been no holes, but they insisted that they had already been there. I was bemused, but thought I should just avoid bringing them wool-type garments. However, last week, I had taken my beloved vintage lace blouse there, and was horrified to see huge tears in the lace! Again, they insisted it had been like that, which I know it had not.
