Went to Sunny's for the first time yesterday. I would say it's priced pretty average, and the experience was good. I dropped off 5 articles of clothing (suit jacket, suit pants, dress shirt, lightweight woman's blazer and office dress) and paid about $34. We don't dry clean too terribly often, so for these items it was okay. I don't think I could justify that on a regular basis though. Friendly staff. I dropped off at 1pm on a Wednesday and it was ready before 4pm on Thursday. There is also a drive thru, which was convinient as I dropped off our clothes in a monsoon. read more

My husband and I have been using this cleaners for years and never had an issue until recently. I drove up to pick up my clothes and there was a car in front of me, after he dropped off his clothes the owner placed it on the counter and I drove up. She grabbed my clean clothes and placed it on the customers dirty clothes that he had just dropped off to be clean. The clothes I picked up smelled like some strong cologne (clearly from being laid on the previous customer's dirty clothes.) That was strike number 1 for me. Strike 2 was around Christmas the pipes burst in buckhead due to the weather so cleaning pickups were delayed which was fine, however when I did pick up my clothes they were not cleaned at all and alterations that was supposed to be done was horrible. When we spoke to the owner about it she did nothing, didn't even offer to reclean our clothes or anything, which was strike 3. We didn't want money back we just wanted our clothes cleaned and altered because that's what we paid for. It was a slap in the face being that we've been customers of theirs for years and have never complained or anything. Needless to say we have stopped using this cleaner. As a business owner myself I try not to leave bad reviews however customer service is key. She clearly dismissed us, so we took our loss and our service elsewhere. read more

Blech! These guys are the absolute worst. I went to Sunnys for about 6 months because it was close to my work and the prices were low (read: you get what you pay for) in the span of that 6 months I had really inconsistent service. A few times were totally fine, drop off and pick up with no problems. One time they gave me my items with 3 pieces that belonged to someone else, EEK! Another time I took a jersey tunic, it came back completely shredded at the bottom, how?!? This last time I picked up a tablecloth that I had dropped off to have cleaned. When I got it home and put it back on the table it had an enormous black burn mark, NO! Mostly, the couple that runs this place is just sloppy and I'm over it. They take no responsibility for their errors, there's plenty of other options out there. read more

I highly recommend Sunny's Cleaners! They are easily accessible from the main road and right next to an Einstein's Bagel Shop! Perfect match made in morning heaven! I can drop off my clothes in the morning before I head into work and pick up a fresh bagel and coffee right next door. At this cleaners you can either go into the store or use the drive thru for both dropping off your clothes and comforters. The drive-thru option is a huge convenience when you have your dog with you on a Saturday as well as when you have a comforter or two on top of a big bag of clothes that needs to be dry cleaned. Service is always great by this husband and wife team. They are prompt, courteous, and makes you feel like a part of the family. They are also very good about turning the clothes around quickly as I'm always that individual that forgets to drop off my clothes to be dry cleaned when I needed an item or two for a work meeting the following day. You can tell that this family run business is truly run by people that are passionate about what they do and want to make sure you feel AND look your absolute best in your freshly dry cleaned clothes. BEWARE! I picked up a sweater this week in the drive thru and was not given a receipt. I then found a charge on my credit card for 74.85 and because they didn't give me a receipt I had to contact American Express, print out my statement, drive back to the dry cleaners and ask them to please double check the charge. Turns out it should of been 7.45. I didn't even get an "I'm sorry" from the woman I was speaking to... she just appeared to be annoyed. They finally gave me cash because they couldn't figure out how to credit my card back. They did correct it but only because I caught the mistake. I can see this easily happening to someone else as they typically don't give receipts when you go to the drive thru so if you use this place be sure to insist on a printed receipt each time! read more

I work in a professional setting and always need things dry cleaned and altered. Sunny's Cleaners is always the one I trust whenever I need to dry clean or alter anything. They are always fast, friendly and efficient. Their prices are great compared to other places (and trust me, I have been to many places before I found Sunny's). I saw that they also do home delivery! This dry cleaners is pretty much horrible. They logged 17 pieces of my laundry under someone else's name. I had to get out and flip through each roundabout, locating each piece of my laundry and then still had to pay. One of the dresses was ruined and they refused to fix their mistake. Worst of all there was no remorse, apology etc. Absolutely zero customer service. With all the dry cleaners in the area, I definitely encourage you to find another. read more

So occasionally I used this place to get my shirts dry cleaned for work. Past Friday I had them dry clean 5 of my shirts. When I put the first one on this week, I discovered there was a hole around elbow area. Upon further examination, I found two more shirts in this batch of 5 with identical holes on the same sleeve around elbow. I ended up going back to Sunny`s and spoke with the lady who owns it. The shirts had their receipt and tags attached and were still in cellophane wraps. The lady looked at it, checked the records on the computer, then started mumbling something about how it was not their fault. A few moments later her (what appeared to be) husband joined in the conversation. He asked me if I sit at the desk all day long at work, to which I said I do, but how is it relevant to ruined shirts. He perceived to tell me that because I sit at the desk all day, I must have ripped the shirts myself and brought the damaged apparel to get dry cleaned. Anyway, to put it in a nutshell, I left the place aggravated by what seemed to be conniving excuses and lack of responsibility for the damage done at this place. The holes looked like a piece of fabric was yanked out of the shirt, something I definitely did not do myself, besides, the shirts were relatively new, wear and tear was not a factor. Moreover, I would not have taken damaged clothing to get dry cleaned, I am not the kind of person to look for a free meal ticket, I work as an auditor for Pete`s sake. So, for all of you ENTHUSIASTS about this place out there - perhaps, it was an isolated occurrence and something like this will never happen to you at Sunny`s or, perhaps, a hole here and there would not make a difference to you. Just KNOW THIS: if you do have something relatively pricey and you need it cleaned, think twice where you are going with it. Sunny`s owners were EXTREMELY unpleasant and UNREASONABLE to deal with when it came to sorting out what went wrong. Personally, I am NEVER going back there and will STRONGLY advise against this place. read more
