We visited the showroom and Natalia helped us pick out a flooring that coordinated well with our existing laminate flooring. The selection process, ordering and installation were all good experiences. The floors have been in for about 2 weeks and appear to be level and look beautiful. We would have no hesitation recommending Floors to Go for your flooring needs.

Floors To GO is the Only Flooring Company You Should Trust in Bluffton, SC!…read more After calling and visiting over 10 different flooring companies in Bluffton and the surrounding area, I was frustrated and disappointed with the service (or lack thereof) everywhere else. Most places were only interested in giving a quick price and rushing the process, with no interest in what I actually needed or what would work best for my home. It felt like they just wanted to take my money and move on. All of that changed the moment I walked into Floors To GO on Fording Island Road. From the minute I stepped in the door, the staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me. I felt comfortable immediately. The team took the time to listen, answer my questions, and actually cared about getting me the right product and the best value--not just pushing a sale. Their showroom selection is off the charts--by far the widest and most impressive range of flooring options I've seen anywhere in the Lowcountry. Whether you're looking for luxury vinyl, hardwood, carpet, or something unique, they have it all, and they'll actually walk you through the pros and cons based on your needs. They promptly scheduled a home visit, came out to measure, and made sure every detail was right. I'm moving forward with Floors To GO and honestly wouldn't consider anyone else. This is how a flooring company should treat its customers. If you want amazing service, honest advice, and a stress-free experience, go straight to Floors To GO. Five stars all the way!

Mary spent countless hours helping me find the right selection of ceramic tile, carpet and LVP, she was knowledgeable and patient. Questions were answered promptly. Rich had great input as well. Their rational when I complained was "we always add freight". I paid it and moved on. Now a few months later the binding is falling off. I called and was told that I would have to take the 12X14FT piece to the company who did the binding FOR THEM! "They are good about honoring their work" they said... I told them that I bought the rug from them bound and I expected them to deal with it. How am I going to get a rug that size to the binder? Their offer was to pick it up but that they would have to charge me $120 to do so. I always tell others when I have a good experience with a company. The $49.00 had me deciding not to do business with them again. This experience has me motivated to tell everyone I can about Variety's idea of standing behind their products and taking care of their customers. There are plenty of other companies out there. Walk, do not run to another one.

I wish I had read the other bad reviews, as my experience ended up being the same. In my former…read morecommercial installation project with another company I never had an ounce of the trouble I encountered with Dodgson. In the end I felt as though there was continuous cover ups and rationalizations and no ownership of responsibility concerning the inadequacies of the job. Details below. My friend who referred us was not happy with the installation upon inspection and suggested we have them return to tuck the carpet threads under the baseboards since there were so many. Meanwhile, I noticed glue on many spots of the hard floor. The installer returned and cut the threads with a blade, leaving chips in the paint and slices in the baseboards in several rooms. (The painters had already been back for touch up so this was very disappointing). He insisted they did not use glue, and that this must have been something someone tracked in after. His workers went through the motions of attempting to remove the spots without much success. The owner's initial response when asked how corner threads should be dealt with was "tucked in" yet when I complained about the cutting he then proceeded to change his response in defense of the installer to say that they should be cut and that's part of how it goes. The owner then mentioned something about "when the carpet was clued down... " and when I confronted the installer about the fact that there WAS glue used, he changed his story to come up with another excuse as to why that wasn't their glue and it couldn't be their fault. There were other issues as well including buckling in the carpet that was denied as well as "bleeding" of the color on a carpet onto our bare feet. The only effort Dodgson made to assist in any way was to have an independent inspector come which would be at our expense if no fault was found. Not very reassuring. The owner argued that this was an excellent installation, that he's been doing this for 50 years and I didn't know what I was talking about. How this business chose to deal with the issues that came up was ridiculously unprofessional. I don't even know what to say except that I was beyond furious. It's taken me months calm down and write this overdue review.

About an hour into the install, I went to check on their progress and walked into the room with the desk in it. They had flipped the desk over, on its back with all of the drawers still in it. Needless to say the drawers were full of office / work items and now those items were all mixed up and spilled in the back of the desk jamming the drawers shut. I was pissed and let them know it and called the owner. I basically fired them on the spot while talking ot the owner and asked for a new crew. While I was on the phone with the owner, the crew was on the phone with someone else at the company claiming I had called them "idiots" and they were now insulted. I never called them idiots, however I did tell them it was idiotic not to have asked me to remove the desk drawers first. Now they were insulted and wanted to leave so I had no choice but to apologize for calling them idiots to get the job complete. After they were done installing the job, and before they left, I found numerous areas of walls that were scuffed and had abrasions so bad they required re-painting. Of course, at my cost. I then found several areas where they didnt keep the pattern straight so that if you looked down a hall, the pattern in the carpet was crooked. I commented on it and they said its the best we can do and the walls arent square. Understand that we have this same exact carpet in two other rooms of this house (with the same "unsure" walls) and it is perfect. Sadly, the company that did that install is no longer in business on residential or we would have used them. I then had to argue with the owner to have them send a crew back to fix some seams that were total failures and a mess, basically having the threaten them with legal recourse to get the job done. I would not recommend, nor ever use them again. They have bad attitudes and terrible workmanship.

Nasser Shaheen and David Morris took care of our needs personally, going the extra mile to do work we were unable to do as out-of-town owners. This past July, we decided suddenly on our summer trip to do renovations and required fast and superior service to complete in a very short time frame. We tried the "big box" stores but found that was impossible. Good service not available or quality product in short time frame. We remembered our good service at Commercial Flooring and stopped by, thinking we would have to put new carpet on back burner for a future visit. We were attended to immediately by Nasser and Dave who took all the time we needed to select product and make arrangements for install in one week. The installers showed up on time, did not stop until they were finished, installing in expert and thorough manner and were well mannered and professional. We cannot recommend more highly than Commercial Flooring and personal attention of owner Nasser Shaheen and Dave Morris. We will NOT go anywhere else in the future.
