He also treats his employees poorly -- talks down to them, doesn't allow them to keep track of their time, and discourages anyone from trying to do better or take pride in their work. He's even said that he focuses on the jobs that make him money, not what his workers earn. My advice to homeowners is to be careful and stay involved. Inspect your property before and after the job, take photos, and don't hesitate to speak up if something feels off. He may try to convince you to "do it his way," but that's often just a tactic to save himself time or money. Protect your home and your investment.
