They could improve on affordable pricing and explaining their charges. They charged me $5.55 per dress shirt to clean. They said they dry clean their dress shirts. Since when do you dry clean a cotton dress shirt! They had the opportunity to make it right for a long time customer, but chose not to and just take the payment and dismiss me. My bill went up twice the price with a lame excuse for the increase. I would discourage going here for dry cleaning or laundry services. read more

I am in absolute shock at the experience I just had in this store. I brought in a long dress to be hemmed. It was an extremely simple hem with no layers and should have cost max $50. My jaw dropped when the woman quoted me $85. I used to get dresses hemmed all the time when I lived in the city for far less and most of those were multilayered and more complex hem jobs. Therefore, I told her that I would take the dress home as $85 was not in my budget, especially when the dress itself only cost $30. She then told me I could not take the dress home because she had already chalked the hemline which took all of 3 to 5 minutes of her time. I told her I refuse to pay $85 for a simple hem on a $30 dress and would not be using her services and thanked her for her time. She then got aggressive and continued to tell me no and forced me to pay her $10 to take my dress home since she had chalked the bottom. Any business owner knows that sometimes you have to sacrifice your time and you do not always land the customer even after you've taken the time to deliver a quote so I was absolutely flabbergasted by this behavior. I caution people when supporting this business as the prices are extremely inflated and the customer service is abysmal. I have never left somewhere feeling so jarred and bullied. Beware. read more

Kraft came recommended by several people, but we were highly disappointed in the bustling of my daughter's prom dress. A $700 dress is now bustled with a clear button that is visible in photos. The dress should have been bustled underneath. It also cost $150 to sew this clear button on. I wish I could post a photo in this review. Everyone I've showed it to has been appalled. read more

Took several dresses to be altered at this place. Alteration store was decorated nicely and was very well kept and clean. The dresses I needed to alter were expensive so I wanted to make sure that I took them to a place people trusted. Staff there were super friendly and knowledgeable on how to fix the dresses, regardless of how picky I was. Aside from their professionalism, my seamstress was very skilled. She knew what I wanted without me having to explain it to her. I saw her for several fittings and am very happy with her work. My seamstress definitely exceeded my expectations and more. I've since brought some pants to get hemmed as well as dry cleaned my suit and it has been such a smooth and seamless process everytime! I sent my teenager daughter with a basic dress to have shortened--shortened only. No layers or anything unique or difficult. The dress cost $56 and the alteration was $55. That seems quite high to me. I called and they don't have a flat charge for different types of alterations, so they decide by looking at it. My 20-yr old-daughter, didn't know enough to ask cost and I didn't think to tell her to ask, since I find that most places charge in the same general price range. I know other alterations places that are much less, but sent her to the nearest location, so it was my fault. Learned my lesson though. Other than that they the person who was working was nice and polite. But I can't afford to keep going there! read more

Unknowingly, I bought a skirt with a huge rip on the side from a local boutique. The boutique didn't allow me to return the skirt so I brought the skirt to Kraft Cleaner and Alterations. It was a spacious and clean shop (it's inside the collection at Forsyth so the interior and display is designed like a clothing store). Kim did such a wonderful job, she gave me lots of options for altering the skirt. The turn around time was quick and the repair for the tear was seamless and the fabric around it was reinforced very well. So glad I found a trusted place for my alterations! read more

My daughter needed alterations on her prom dress and Kraft was nearby (at The Collection) so we gave it a try. Our experience from the moment we walked in was wonderful! The store is clean and bright and Philip is so friendly and so helpful. July was able to immediately get to work pinning my daughter's dress and the turnaround on this is much quicker than I thought it would be. The cherry on the top was that when Philip saw that my daughter needed an additional hole punched in her shoe strap for it to fit well, he asked if he could do that for us (no charge)--wow, that's awesome customer service!! I love that they do cleaning without all the toxic chemicals, planning to return soon with my husband's work clothes. read more
