Buyer Beware! Suit that was worn less than 3 times was RUINED here. I brought my suit to pressed and cleaned here based on high local reviews but when the suit was returned to me, it had clear markings like it was scorched by an iron! They took it back and said that it was liquid starch and tried to clean it again. The outline of the abnormality is the clearly an iron. Wouldn't recommend bringing anything you like to this cleaner. I have used this cleaner successfully for several years. However recently they lost 2 pants of mine as part of a large by hand drop off. After I called them once receiving my clothes back they promised to investigate and call me back. They did not. I followed up by visiting the store. They assured me they could resolve as they had a date stamped system where they could call up a video showing what items I brought in. In my presence they searched for the video and could not find the corresponding drop off. They then offered to view the longer video from the day of drop off and get back to me. I never heard from them. They should provide a ticket indicating a count of categorized items dropped off which would both verify a date and provide a record for both parties of items in their possession. I've been doing business here for about five years now and really enjoy doing so. While all dry cleaners tend to do a good job, the difference with Esquire is their service. I am always greeted with a friendly smile and it's genuine; not some "always smile at the customer" type smile. I'm so happy they survived Covid. I was letting the owner know that on my last visit and he told me that six cleaners in the Cumming area didn't survive. It is a testament to their professionalism and customer service that they survived. While I occasionally use other businesses in this shopping center, Esquire is typically out of my way so that should tell you how good they are. It seems like a lot of the good reviews of this place are old. Horrific experience here today. Brought my ticket in from dropping my clothes off 2 days ago. The lady said there were no orders under my name and sorry but nothing she could do (ok then how did I get this pickup ticket?). I told her we needed to look, and after scouring the back room we couldn't find my clothes. She called her manager who wanted to check the cameras to make sure we dropped off the clothes (way to treat your customers- accuse them of lying!). After standing there for 30 minutes we finally found my clothes (they had been put under someone else's name), and they only gave me $5 off for the trouble. Will NEVER be back. read more

I took an expensive drapery panel in to get a stain removed. When I picked it up, I was told that the stain was lighter but hadn't come out. I was okay with that since I know that not all stains could be removed and paid the $25.00. I went home and hung it back up temporarily while I looked for a replacement. DO NOT TAKE YOUR IMPORTANT CLOTHES HERE. I took my high end coat here and even though I made sure with them to follow the cleaning instructions, cover buttons to avoid damages, on the tag, they didn't follow it and cracked two buttons and scratched all buttons. I complained and requested for refund but since the owner was not there, I was told to leave the coat so that the owner can take a look and would call me next day to discuss. I received no call on the following day. I went back to pick up my coat since I did not want to leave it there long. The owner was not there and they again told me she would call me next day. The owner did call me back this time but I could not pick up the phone because even though I had asked them to call me after 4:30PM to be able to pick up, she called me in AM. She left me a message mentioning that SHE DID NOT SEE ANYTHING WRONG but told me to come over again in the morning that is the time she is available. I cannot go there in the morning since I am working and it is over 20 miles away from my house. I chose this place because I was told that this cleaner does a good job. Apparently, not. On further inspection, I found many small white stains looks like either leftover laundry detergent or laundry starch on the coat...also had took my suit pants together with the coat and they came back with the shining (this happens when fabric is ironed improperly with too high of a heat setting and the iron is pushed repeatedly across the fabric.) on seams. Very unprofessional and they do not know how to treat clothes. If you have clothes that you don't want to damage, please do not take them here. read more

Great job cleaning and in a timely manner. Called me a day before it was ready, and then again when it was ready for pickup, so a nice heads up. Also, the prom dress I brought in for cleaning had a tear in the mesh that I knew about beforehand but they called me and alex if I was aware of it, I said yes, and they even offered to fix it. I'm a high school student and they worked with me on pricing which I really appreciated. In addition, I wasn't able to pick it up for about a week after it was done, and they were totally cool about it. Really good customer service and such nice people. read more

My daughter took her new sundress she purchased for college (that had a noticeable stain on it) to Esquire Cleaners. They returned it to her "cleaned" with the same stain on it. After speaking to them, she was told that they would clean it again free of charge and remove the stain, but it wouldn't be ready until two days later (after she would have left for college). They told her that if she took it somewhere else, maybe they could have it ready on time for her, and that she would have to pay for it to be cleaned twice! TERRIBLE customer service!!
