For $2 K they would top up with this special insulation. I said no thanks and called Grey Bruce coatings and insulation who came and told me my cellulose insulation was fine. It had settled a bit but by adding more I might bring it up to new home standards but it really wouldn't be noticeable in comfort or in reducing my gas bill. I felt they were being honest unlike the smooth sales pitch I was getting from the first company.

When I saw what had happened to all of my furniture I called Nick to come and inspect all of the damage. He arrived with a camera and took pictures of all of the damage and PROMISED that he would have it all repaired and would call me when the he had a estimate on everything damaged. About I week later he called me and said that there was no way that his men could have caused that much damage and more or less insinuated that I had did it myself. Before the move he was in my home and had checked my furniture and found nothing wrong with it. There is no way that I would destroy what it took me a lifetime to own. So when the estimate came in for the cost to repair all the damage his men did he refused to make any kind of restitution and stopped answering my calls . I am a senior woman and because of that he took advantage of the fact I couldn't do anything to force him to do the honest and right thing and pay for what his demolition crew had done to my belongings. So take WARNING and avoided this company at all costs or you will pay the same price that I did. This is not a moving company but a demolition team and the only thing you will get by hiring them is unlimited Stress and astronomical financial loss .They took advantage of me because they thought because I was a old lady and would not fight back.
