I am writing this review to Rave about the great customer service I received at Gabriel/Jordan Ford! I'm from the Pearland Area and I visited different dealerships in the Houston area, to leave disappointed with their Customer Service, that we couldn't make a deal. I found Gabriel/Jordan on Cars.com as I was searching for my F-250 diesel. I originally just wanted a Lariat, with a sunroof. I had a budget and wanted to stay under that budget! I talked to the Sales manager Cliff, and he had already offered me more for my trade in then any other Houston dealership, and I ended up driving away with a F-250 King Ranch. It had the ultimate package and looks awesome! I highly recommend using Cliff! He's awesome and has a great assistant named Sunny! They are a awesome team and won't disrespect your time with smoke and mirror to get you through their doors! read more

December 2021 Our 2016 F-150 sunroof glass had cracked, and we were going to be out of state for an extended length of time, so we left the truck at this dealership for a replacement. The service manager assured us that the repair would be complete upon our return, and that he would call us to let us know when our truck would be available. We returned home at the end of January, 2022 --no contact from the dealership during this period- to find that nothing had been done to replace the sunroof. The dealership had our truck for six weeks and nada. The service manager had no explanation for the inaction and in fact got hostile when we asked why we had not even been called during the 42 days the dealership had our truck. To be fair, we were angry as well, but no apologies for the waste of time or the undelivered work. We won't be dealing with Gabriel/Jordan again. read more

Had recall notice from Ford on our Super Duty F350. Called approximately 3 weeks ago and made appt giving service department recall number. Was given an appt for 8:30 am 1-24-23. She even told me there was another recall and they would do both at this appt time. Had truck there at 8:00 am and left it there. Heard nothing all day so at 4:45 friend took me to pick up and was told they did not do the recall. This is BS first no call to let me know status of service and really BS not doing a simple computer update in almost 9 hours when an appt time/date was given several weeks ahead. Very disrespectful attitude. Not customer friendly. read more

I recently bought a truck from Mike and his team and it is the best dealer experience I have ever had. I am in the DFW area and shopped around locally and they all acted like stereotypical salesmen. They would not budge on prices and did the typical sales tactics you tend to expect from a dealership. I found a truck at Mike's dealership and reached out even though they were not local to me. Mike worked with me and came to a great deal. He helped me get a better loan rate, worked out some issues with the truck including a recall issue and really went above and beyond. He even delivered the truck to me saving me an 8 hour round trip. I worked with Hali as well and she was great and took care of all the paperwork for me. Stacy provided detailed pictures which was very helpful. Mike even followed up after the truck was delivered to make sure I was happy with everything. The way Mike and his team worked with me is the way you want a dealership to act. I could tell that they valued my business. State Farm sent up a request,as Gabriel Jordan Ford is a SELECT SERVICE SHOP for them, to do an estimate of my fathers truck. It was stolen and has some front end and body damage along with a few other things. Dimas, in the body shop, set up the appointment. When my father gets there he is informed by Dimas that they will not be doing the estimate because my father would not leave his vehicle there and guarantee them the work. I personally called Dimas and he hung up on me. Very professional!! I would use them now if they paid me. Someone needs to check that guy. So rude. Also I called and left a message for the owner. 24 hours later, still no return phone call. read more

I took my car in to be checked out and was told that it needed over $2000.00 worth or work done. I then took it to another service place and was told that when it was hooked up to the computer, no codes showed up. Indicating that I did not need repairs. I was very disheartened by the way I was treated and the fact that no one spoke to me about the issue or how it could be resolved. Only that I needed work done and it would cost 'X' number of dollars. I am an older woman and I feel that they tried to take advantage of me. read more

This service Dept condemned a steering damper on my new f250 due to wobble. The tech said keep them in stock and Jaenae the service rep said there backordered and would let me know when they get them. I called the parts Dept and they did have them in stock. I've called and left messages with the service department as they will not answer the phone (caller Id) I've emailed the service manager twice and left him messages as well. No Response! Its been well over 2 months now. I'm filing complaints with the BBB and letting Ford know as well. Why can't car dealers tell the truth??? This is a SAFTEY issue! read more

Excellent. Period. Clint Greenup is an honorable man with whom I had the absolute pleasure of buying a new Super Duty. My sales lady, Tasha Marsh was very vigilant in following up on every question I asked, and was very helpful at the time of delivery. My Super Duty was detailed, waxed, and ready to go when my wife and I arrived at the dealership. We drove nearly 120 miles to Livingston because our local Tyler Ford dealership couldn't get within $2000 of the deal Gabriel Jordan put together. 0 stars if they gave the option. Now, after reading other reviews, I don't know if the Sales and Service Department are held to different employee standards! But my impression would be- Sales must be quick and helpful to sell you a vehicle, and Service is clearly in no hurry to help fix nor return that vehicle back to you. I've had my car in there four times in the one year I've lived in Texas. I was charged a good amount for something I was told was for sure fixed (AC system); Two days later blows hot air again. Take it back and ask them to actually put a valid repair behind the 250$ they jacked from me and they said "too bad". Next they explained me what they also thought could be the actual problem on a second thought. So two days ago they charge me 250$ to fix something that was a 50/50 possibility? That makes zero sense. That conversation leads to service telling me; the other potential problem will cost 800$ in labor, 400$ in parts and about 8 days in the shop. For an AC component????? Motor swaps are done for that price and duration. Fast forward (Today), dummy me decided to consult Gabriel Jordan again with their battery under warranty........ ends with service taking 8 hours! to test my battery to see if it fails the serviceability test. Sure as heck failed like I told them it will! It was dead-dead. We bought it nine months ago and goes completely flat dead overnight. The bottom line is, Gabriel Jordan takes their sweet you know what time to do of some of the simplest tasks. Repairs I could do if I wanted to, but I don't. I want professional Ford Mechanics to do it semi-quicker and right the first time. All things Gabriel-Jordan service dept hasn't done with my car numerous times. From now on, Will stop trying to support my local dealership and take it to whomever will do their job, hires service writers who actually call customers with updates. And not ones who conveniently wait to call until last thirty minutes of service hours; Where there's no time to pick it up, or for mechanics to Finnish their work). I'll drive all the way to a dealership in West Texas before I trust this Service Department ever again. read more

Not surprised they have 5 stars. Great experience- they literally called me the day after I signed a contract and told me that they'd found another rebate that applied to me. I went back in, they threw out my old contract, and wrote me a new one with a lower price. They didn't have to go out of their way to do that for me- what a great team. read more

We selected a new vehicle from their website. After multiple calls and emails back and forth discussing the vehicle, pricing options etc. we went to the dealership with aspirations of buying the vehicle. But when we got there, the vehicle (reported as new) had several thousand miles on it. They failed to disclose that to us in any of the previous conversations. It had BROKEN mechanical parts on the convertible top and the liner was stretched out and hanging down on one side. It also had dings, scratches etc. and was filthy. When I commented on it, the Sales rep told me the Manager's wife had been driving it. That is NOT a new car, I said. The manager said that by Texas law it has never been titled, so it is indeed a new car. WHAT?!? Worse, he wasn't willing to give any of the discounts that he promised in email. The price actually increased after we got there by a couple thousand dollars. He stated that the discount was only good through the end of March; however, the workup form he sent me with the discount included was dated March 31st. It was a long drive and by the time I received that workup, there was no way I could get there before they closed. Besides, they told me it was good through the end of April. After showing him that, he still refused to honor it or to work with us and said he couldn't afford take anything less!!! Really, just a few days later??? He should have been offering us even more considering the condition of the car! Furthermore, he was unprofessional, rude and nasty about it. I feel like he was trying to scam us and I would never consider buying anything from them! I am glad I didn't fall for it... I found basically the same car, with only 10 miles on it, in pristine condition and with more option packages; for very little additional cost at another dealer! read more

Bought a 2015 Ford Expedition from Clint at Gabriel Jordan Ford, this was the most hassle free enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. I am from Houston, for the biggest part the deal was done over the phone, there was no games he gave me his best price on the vehicle I purchased and what I considered to be a fair value on my trade. Once I arrived at the dealership they went over all the options of new vehicle with my wife and I, looked at our trade and sent us to finance. Cliff in finance was great as well, he presented all the extras, we accepted or declined what we wanted or did not want then signed the papers. There was no pressure to add any warranties or additional insurance. Again; what a great buying experience, I would highly recommend this dealership it was well worth the drive. James read more

Carried my car in for an oil & filter change. Sat in the waiting room for two & a half hours. When I asked what was taking soon long I was advised that they did not have the right filter in stock and had to order one. The service manager did apologize for the wait. read more

Our salesperson was David Bruner. We would give him 5 stars. He is very personable and was very helpful. It was not a pushy sell and we enjoyed working with him. He helped us with transferring our truck toolbox from our trade-in and getting our 4th wheel transferred between vehicles. Our issue with the dealership is the finance department. We are still not sure we got the "internet" price and shame on us for not reading EVERYTHING before signing. We were charged for items that 2 days after signing we were paying for things that were not disclosed verbally that we were being charged for. We caught a charge of $50 for transferring our toolbox. We did not ask them to do this. We waited for a truckbed spray in liner and planned to transfer the toolbox ourselves; this $50 was credited back to us in another transaction. While doing the paperwork we were told of the "window etching" and to be sure to inform our insurance company of this security feature. What we were NOT told is that we were going to pay an additional $199 for this. If this was on the truck when we purchased we thought this would have included in the internet price, not added on later. When asked if we received any "free" oil changes on our vehicle we were told no. A few minutes later the finance person told us he was sending us a packet "this is from me" was what we were told. Asking what it was we were told it was service coupons worth a certain dollar figure; to be sure and let him know if we did not receive the package. The coupons would only be good from Gabriel Jordan Ford and not nationwide. We commented we would not be able to use them as we traveled and would not be local. Later when reviewing the documents 2 days after sigining we realized this service book was at a cost of $277 which we were financing. We again questioned this figure that was "slipped" by us while signing all the documents. It was deducted from the cost of transferring our hitch between vehicles. The point is; if we had not caught this we would have the total cost of the transfer plus paid for local service coupons that we will be able to use. Our suggestion here is READ your documents line by line before you sign them!!!!! We must admit that the dealership was fair in returning the 2 questionable amounts. Our issue is that these amounts were not explained to us verbally, just added to the documentation. read more
