I called Thompson and Dwayne was here in 20 minutes, found the problem and had my heat on with in another 20 minutes. I had tried several other companies that advertise 24/7 service, but they wouldn't come out immediately. Enbridge was no help at all. However, Thompson Mechanical got the heat back on and all is fine. Dwayne was fast, friendly, extremely polite, knowledgeable and professional, even though he had to get out of bed and come to my home after already working over a 12 hour day! DID NOT even turn on the unit to see the problem! Did not check the coolant pressure to see how much charge it had. Had me turn on the unit, it ran for about 15 minutes. Bob has been out when then them is below zero at 4 in the morning to repair the heat when it went down. This is a family owned business and they know what they are doing. We have never been over charged, even when they came out Christmas Morning and fixed a broken water line that wasn't even to the boiler, it was broken behind a wall and a panicked person called at 4 AM. We trust them to enter the buildings on their own and do what needs done. Our Condo Board trust no one but Dieter's to keep our 60 units heated.
