DID NOT even turn on the unit to see the problem! Did not check the coolant pressure to see how much charge it had. Had me turn on the unit, it ran for about 15 minutes. Had cold air at the duct and no water dripping. So he left. at 1 hour water was all over the floor and furnace unit. He did nothing and charged me $300 for 1 new drain line.

I called Thompson and Dwayne was here in 20 minutes, found the problem and had my heat on with in another 20 minutes. I had tried several other companies that advertise 24/7 service, but they wouldn't come out immediately. Enbridge was no help at all. However, Thompson Mechanical got the heat back on and all is fine. Dwayne was fast, friendly, extremely polite, knowledgeable and professional, even though he had to get out of bed and come to my home after already working over a 12 hour day! I cannot say enough for Dwayne and Thompson Mechanical! They are affordable, dependable and reliable - worth every penny!!!

He said I also needed a capacitor even though it was working with the old one. I never knew the capacitor was going to be $198 since they are less than $20 on Amazon . 3 LBS of Freon. A stove that relied on gas was an absolutely needed change. There was a propane on the property and was used for space heating in the basement. Because of the immediate availability of propane, a gas stove was purchased, that could be converted to propane. We advised Tyler of the date the stove was to be delivered and scheduled the installation four days later on the next Monday. The installation was not as simple as replacing one stove for another. The house was not equipped to handle a gas stove. The first step changing the piping at the propane tank to handle the stove, then run 50 ft of flexible piping and then connecting the piping to the stove. Of course noting is ever simple or easy. While this is a gas stove, it also needs some electric to make it work. So before pushing the stove the in place theb electric outlet had to changed from 220 to 120 volts, a change quickly made The stoves in place and because propane gas is at a higher pressure the jets on the burners need to be changed. Jets changed the job is done. The job was completed, the wok site was left clean Because of the work done by Pyle Heating & Cooling the cook in the family is happy Thanks Tyler

The service tech they sent, Jerry, although a young man in his early 20s, he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Always carried 4 window A/C units up and down 2 flights of stairs because they had to be stored in the garage. After 40 years I can't carry these anymore. Talked to Mighty Mike's guy Ken at Canfield Home & Garden Show in Feb. 2025. Ken immediately had ideas of how they could add needed A/C venting and a Mitsubishi Heat Pump to solve our A/C needs.
