Quest, of course, requires its own appointment, so now you're dealing with another visit on a different day - something that could have been handled from the start, if they weren't trying to milk the insurance for the little tests they can do in-house... Wait times are consistently over an hour, even when you book after hours (more expensive) and ask for last appointment of the day. Zero care about your child or you, or respect for anything other than whatever $$ they can get. No dignity. Money is king.

Nowhere in the booking process or in any documentation did it indicate this would incur an additional fee. This hidden charge feels unfair and shows a lack of transparency. Our trust in Pediatric Associates has been seriously damaged, and we will not be returning. I urge others to be cautious of unexpected fees when dealing with this office.
