They offered no apology or discount, although I spoke to the owner voicing my extreme displeasure with not only having to waste my time, but with the overall discomfort of having another procedure with contrast. Ok do I have one where I live? No. The next closest location in Ft. Lauderdale next appointment in two days. Two in Davie this one O could get in quicker so online register and they give me an appointment. I arrive to see one other review from a disgruntled non Yelper that never stayed for appointment. Ok this will be fun. I arrive check in on machine and give card of where payment will be made from after insurance. Great gave them my Health Savings Card. Sat and waited with another person same insurance as me getting a Covid test. Some other people show and the person working there was finishing up with a patient's but can't take walk in's. The person ahead of me comes and goes easy peasy now my turn. Well I was taken pretty darn close to my scheduled appointment time and she was pleasant too. Got prescriptions sent to pharmacy of my choice ie closer to home as well as I figured get a shingle shot while I am here. It definitely was a welcomed experience and scheduled my next appointment for my second shot. Great quick alternative to getting into your own physican. Definitely would recommend but note make appointment online.

The people I have talked to on the phone making appointments have been extremely nice. So, I finally went last week. My vitals and all of that was taken by Diana. She was awesome. I saw Ana G, a Physician's Assistant. She could not have been nicer. She is so pleasant and knowledgeable. I was offered the choice of a telehealth video chat or in person visit next time. (After I go for labs). So I chose a telehealth appointment. The office is super clean and modern. This office was a little tricky for me to find but it is in the shopping center just south of Wawa.

Walking into the urgent care I was attended right away. Registration was super fast and I was in the back within less then 5 minutes. All of the staff was beyond professional and kind. I had the pleasure of being assigned Dr Roberto Gonzalez. Such a great doctor . He talked to me straight and clear and sent me on my way with proper treatment after feeling heard and recognized. I can't say enough good things about him. Him and all the staff were extremely kind and patient and willing to go above and beyond to make me feel better .
