(The link was sent to me weeks before, but I told the business owner at the conclusion of work that I had trouble accessing it). One day later, I was assessed a penalty of $100 and all the fees that was originally agreed was nullified. I reached out multiple times by e-mail, phone and text to try to settle my balance in a timely manner but did not get a response. Later, I received an invoice indicating that my account will be sent to collections, and I ultimately had to pay significantly more than the amount I originally had agreed upon. This experience was very stressful, and it cost me much more than any other business quoted me and would have ultimately charged me. Patrick and his crew did a great job on our wood floors! We bought an old Victorian home (built…read morecirca 1895-1905) with original pine wood floors underneath the carpet. My husband and I removed the carpet ourselves and then brought in some flooring professionals to take a look and give us a quote for refinishing the wood underneath. The boards are top nailed and a couple areas had damaged boards needing repair. Other flooring companies we got quotes from told us the job would be extremely difficult and did not inspire confidence. From the start Patrick was very knowledgeable and reassuring that his team would be able to refinish and restore our beautiful floors without a problem! We had all the rooms sanded and stained, minus one room that needed a new floor laid over top due to a 4' x 6' cut out in the middle of the floor - (why! Lol) - but they blended the new oak floor in the one bedroom very nicely with the pine in the rest of the house. I was worried it might look out of place but you hardly notice it! They also replaced our stair treads on the front stairs, and sanded and finished the treads on our back stairs. They did a phenomenal job and I will be calling them for any future flooring needs! 10/10 highly recommend selecta flooring!!!
