The crew that arrived on day one were professional, considerate and careful with our things and the crew remained the same over the course of the job. They remembered where every stick of furniture had been and returned every piece to it's place upon completion of the job 4 days later. The crew cleaned up their work area every night and returned my kitchen to a usable state before leaving for the day. The actual painting was flawless Jonathan the crew captain would ask a question for clarification on a couple of color changes and executed the changes with out need for further discussion, they completed stages 1 &2 and I will have no hesitation to bring Brush House back for stages 3 &4. I felt comfortable enough to leave the crew in my house working while I ran errands upon my return it was obvious that they had spent the entire time I was gone working on the project given the amount of forward movement they had made. The company's pricing was fair and competitive I can't say enough about how pleased I am with every part of the job. Do not hesitate to hire Brush House, I have already recommended them to 2 friends, I'd get moving on your job immediately as these guys will be so busy you may have to get on line and wait your turn that's how good these guys are, professional trades people are hard to come by I should probably gate keep before my other 2 stages are completed, I may actually be hurting myself by being so effusive, but some things should be shared.

They made sure I got the molding style I wanted, and they even patched up some unlevel concrete subfloor before install. On top of that, they really saved the day when the glue I purchased from Lowe's turned out to be expired -- they were quick to notify me and subsequently remedy the situation by recommending an alternative. They brought the new glue to the site the very next day, preventing the project from any delay. All the employees were very nice, did great quality work, and were always prompt (shoutout to Alberto and team). It is a lot of work :)). I got golden oak, but not sure if I love it. maybe should have gone with the golden pecan. also, be aware though that the existing molding will likely get scratched and you might have to repaint it/touch it up. But thanks, we like the flooring and will consider Modi again for future floor projects
