I had a flood in my finished basement because of a refrigerator filter leak. The flood was noticed 2 days after, with the floor covered in water. Eddie came quickly and immediately started removing the water from the 1st floor of my split ranch home. Our hot water heater had ruptured. While in the process of cleaning up the water, Eddie discovered tiles that he suspected had asbestos in them under the carpeting. He arranged for them to be tested, and they did in fact have asbestos so he from there coordinated the removal of those tiles, he also tested for lead in the paint which was another process.
