I was not part of the selection process so I can't really comment on that. As someone attending I thought the facilities were nice and functional for holding visitations with a private side room for immediate family members if needed. The funeral director was very helpful in making sure things that needed to be done were arranged and taken care of in the right order. As much as funerals are sad and often stressful times, they are necessary and a good funeral home and director can help alleviate that aspect. As I said above, I had no involvement in or knowledge of how Kendall Funeral Services is to work with. I am only rating what I experienced as an attendee.

They sent their repair man Chuck who told us he was going to "jimmy rig" the water hose because he didn't like how it was done by the manufacturer. Then our ice maker decided to not work properly which we had parts replaced for. It is again not working properly making only a dozen cubes a day. Our door water dispenser is leaking as well. We've missed half a dozen days of work to meet repair man and we continue to have problems with this unit. We bought an additional 5 year warranty for each appliance as well in the beginning. We are continuing to be told to keep replacing the same parts, miss more work and being lied to. We will NEVER purchase an appliance with them again! Stay away!
