What a neat store! I'm finding it difficult to accurately describe, but it definitely has a fur trapper theme. If Willy Wonka made all things fur instead of Candy, this would be his place. I never knew that there could be so many choices for a warm fur hat. I even started to relive my youth with trying on Davey Crocket and Daniel Boone coon skin hats. When I finally decided on a natural beaver trooper, they made sure it fit and customized it with adding a toggle to make it easier to use the ear flaps. The hat fits perfectly, and to insure it lasts many years they included a nice hat box too! The shop is hard to find and may fool even your best GPS. They loaded the trailer carelessly and actually kicked stuff around the apartment. They acted the entire time as if I had put them out by hiring them. They were asked if there was room for a mattress in the trailer, to which they replied there was not. When we got to our destinstion across the country, we learned that not only had everything been loaded poorly, there was room for the brand new mattress which we had left behind. Now we're out several hundred dollars having to buy a new mattress. If Colin and his helper hadn't been quite so lazy, they could have loaded everything! There was plenty of room! We also found out when we unloaded the trailer that many of the boxes marked FRAGILE were loaded on the bottom of the stacks of boxes and several items were damaged or broken as a result. I paid for two hours of time - $200. It would have been a bargain if they had done their jobs correctly. They were at my home for one hour of the two I paid for. I wouldn't be upset if they had actually managed to load everything. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY ANY LESS. They were rude, didn't show up when they were supposed to, couldn't manage to properly load the trailer, and still left early. I'm completely dissatisfied that this company showed up and did a poor job and managed to cost me even more money.

Certified and inspected. No frame issues. Because it was 600 mile away it would be impractical for me to inspect. Talked to Bruce on the phone and he assured me everything was right, the only issue he stated was the key fob didn't work on drivers door he thought it needed reprogrammed. I fully trusted him. He sounded 100% honest. To many issues to list but here are the big ones. Frame bent. Cab post bent so door hinge shimmed and doesn't seal. Body rail bent so fender not aligned. Come to find out the so called professional was the seller Paul Stumlin. Bruce won't take calls to discuss problems and just text his disclaimer and that I should have hired him to inspect. Which I interpret as he won't be honest unless you pay him.
