It was a four month battle to finally cancel my policy, and they continued charging my card the entire time. I had to contact my bank to block all future charges. Soon later after that, they started flooding my mailbox with bills. It's hilarious how I tried contacting them over and over that I have yet to receive my socall family care package in the mail from day one as the promise would fill in all the blanks and answers all questions on benefits etc ..but please Don't waste your time or money with these guys.
