This review is ONLY for Larry Yunker. I used Larry Yunker as my tax preparer years ago, and to this day, I'm still dealing with the consequences of his irresponsibility and lack of professionalism. He made multiple errors on my tax return, including entering the wrong address--an oversight that caused me to lose thousands of dollars in financial aid. I spent six months trying to get in touch with him while desperately attempting to submit forms to the IRS, only to discover that his incorrect input was the root of the issue. The most frustrating part? His complete lack of communication. During the most critical time of year, when clients need clarity and reassurance, he simply does not respond. It's one thing to be busy--it's another to be utterly unresponsive and leave your clients in the dark. I understand he's popular in certain circles, especially for getting people large returns--but I have to wonder about the legality and accuracy of those filings. If you run into any problems, don't expect help. Once your taxes are "submitted," you're on your own. Save yourself the stress, the errors, and the long-term headaches. Stay far away from Larry Yunker. This is not the type of person who should be entrusted with your finances. read more

PLEASE READ before you go to them: I went to holly last year and everything went fine since my taxes where really simple.so had no issues only took 5 min. I decided to go with her again this year but now I needed to do an LLC I emailed Holly Feb 17th, and told her about the LLC, which she responded the same day. and Told me she will do them Feb 22nd. March 2nd she told me that she put my wrong name and had to close it and reopen the LLC but stated she will "I WILL PAY FOR THE EXPEDIENTED PROCESS" On March 22nd she stated she needed to wait until April 7th April 11th I asked for an update, she said she was going to do it after TAX Season was over. ON APRIL 26th told me she was going on a family trip and wasnt going to do it until MAY 16th! She took over 3 months to open and LLc and still never did. I told her i needed it by May 10th and I had to pay for the expedited with another company who ONLY TOOK ONE DAY to do it. She STILL HAS NOT REFUNDED ME even though I emailed her multiple times! And When we had an appointment for this year taxes, she was very unprofessional. She was very rude saying "sweatheart you dont know what you are talking about" When i told her that i was going to apply for a house next year and that they took my gross income not net. I know it's probably because Im young and she thought she could talk to me however she wants. But im still a client and deserve respect. Then saying they have the most customers this year "3,000 people" maybe its too much for them. I do not recommend TW taxes to anyone.Specially HOLLY read more

This review is long overdue. I have been getting my taxes done here for over a decade. Both Tom and Holly have done my taxes over the years. They are extremely professional and friendly and knowledgeable. I am probably one of the few people on this planet who actually comes out of my tax person's office with a big smile on my face. Their expertise makes it a very painless experience. I have a lot of respect for Holly who keeps a smile on her face even during the most stressful tax season! If I could give them more stars I would. Their location is central and making an appointment is extremely easy as you can do it right on their website. I have noticed that they charge a lot less than most places too to get your taxes done. For every year except for this year I only had to pay $125 and I paid $165 this year only because I am self-employed and bought a house and had a baby so it was a little bit more complicated this year. I was referred to TW Taxes by a good friend. Holly was very professional, fast, and saved me this tax season! I was able to get an appointment within 2 days of calling. Also, I called the first week of April (not nice on my part ). Holly entered all of the tax info I brought quickly and gave me a list of things to either email or text back so we could finish. This business has no curb appeal, but they definitely know how to take care of business. I really appreciated the waiting room with a love seat, chairs, tv, games, and toys to entertain the munchkin I brought. Parking was no problem and there is a coffee shop and a liquor store right next door of you need. read more
