It's a good place for a few hours of fun for younger kids. Lots of jumping and obstacle courses to keep them busy. It was fairly slow on a Saturday which was a positive as far as the kids getting to have full access to stations. The cafe is a bit bazare, as I'm not sure the teenagers working there really were trained on how to cook the product. It took a good 40 minutes to get a pizza (and we were the only people who ordered). There was plenty of parking and was well maintained. $15 per child $5 per adult. This place is a must for families that have kids that range in ages. My kids are 10,7, and 5. They each had a blast and were kept entertained in between jumping in the bouncy house, sliding down slides, rope climbing and arcades. The facilities itself looked ran down but it was just from wear and tear. They do have a concession stand that has hotdogs, ice cream, pizza and some other snacks. We did get a slice of pizzza and were not disappointed. It was pricey but it was delicious. Overall, this was the perfect spot to wear my kids down on Saturday afternoon. read more

This place is AMAZING!! We take our 1 and 4 year olds here and they both had so much fun! Our 4 year old is autistic and I was afraid he was going to be overwhelmed because of all the kids and the loud music but once we got there it's want bad at all. They even turned the music down for a couple kids including mine which was so sweet! This place has been a life saver for me and my child! For a great price there are so many things to do for all ages. I've been multiple times and will keep going! I've had nothing but great interactions with the staff members, who are all so willing to help and attend. The facility is always clean and I've never felt it to be "dirty". I love to bring my kids here- the place is always clean, they have lots of places for parents to sit. You can order food right there or they have a full delivery service with Brookside pizza down the road. I love the climbing area with the slides- I'm able to play with my children. You can let your kids basically have free roam of the place. The only reason I give a 4 star review is because of the price structure. They go by height rather than age. So a short 6 year old costs less than a tall 3 year old. However I can see why they do it- because not all parents are honest about age. Between food, admission and snacks it's easy to drop $60-80. Admission for my two kids is $30, whether we arrive when they open or an hour before closing. It would be nice to offer a cheaper rate for parents who arrive later in the day. Or maybe a frequent flyer card where you can purchase a certain number of visits in advance for a discount. Be sure to get a card because with each visit they punch the card and you can earn a free one. I love Friday nights because they often offer something f special like Glow night, hands on reptile shows and other fun activities. This place really is great for kids especially on a cold or rainy day when you need to get the kids out of the house before you go crazy yourself. We would come more often if it was more affordable. read more

As far as indoor play places go, this is the best one around. My daughter played for three hours and could have easily stayed another three. For a day trip, the price is right, and the facility is clean. The climbing structure -- lots of human Habitrail -- it extensive and well-constructed. There is plenty of room for lots of kids. The giant inflatable slide was very fun, but do not try to carry a baby while going through it. It's nearly impossible. Food services are limited but very reasonably priced. My daughter got a grilled cheese sandwich, a juice box, and some applesauce for $4.50, and I had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for $1.50. It looks like their party prices might be a little high, but I didn't investigate them very carefully. The only thing that bothered me was this: there were several No Running signs posted, but many kids were running around, almost knocking over the smaller kids in the process. I wish someone from Management would take an active role in telling kids to follow the rules. read more

This place is spectacular!!! As a SAHM of 4 year old triplets, especially in the winter months, things can get a little obnoxious at home where we're pent up all day. For $30 (kids under 2 and adults are free; all others are $10/kid), I can take the kids out for HOURS to let off some steam, and to actually sit, and read, or socialize with other moms, in bliss. There are concessions, bathrooms, and plenty of tables and seating. We went during a snowstorm, and the place was PACKED, but there was still enough room for everyone. It's pretty clean, and a couple of times I saw employees out with the Clorox wipes cleaning up. They did a freeze dance game while we were there, and they had kid-friendly music playing in the background for a while. Not only are there several GIGANTIC climbing structures and slides, there are floor activities for littler ones, little see-saws, a bounce house, an air-blow area with balloons in it, and plenty of floor space for the kids to be kids. There's a special "lazer room" that is kinda lame as an adult, but my son spent pretty much the entire day in there. The kids just absolutely loved it, and I was able to finish my book! One of the things I noted that I didn't care for, but really isn't THAT big a deal, is that the coat and shoe area is a hot mess. There are just a couple of racks with coat hangers for coats, and no cubbies, so the shoes are ALL OVER the floor. The coats, hats, scarves and shoes are all in one pile with everyone else who's there's stuff, so I was a little weirded out thinking that a lice infestation was imminent. And since shoes aren't allowed in the play area, once I took my shoes off, I had to walk across the wet carpet to get to admission, making my socks gross and wet. BE AWARE: THEY ARE NOT A PEANUT FREE FACILITY. My oldest is allergic to peanuts, and I noted that they were selling peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and peanut butter crackers. Because of the peanut policy and the kind-of pricey admission, I can only give them 4 stars. But it's as fun as fun gets for the kids. read more

We took our three kids (ages 9, 2, and 11 months) for the first time tonight and they had a blast!! Affordable family fun and worth it! There were quite a few things and age appropriate slides/etc. to keep the kids busy and running around for about 1 1/2 hrs. Drinks and food were also affordable for a family on a budget. I would plan on bringing water for your children (there is no water fountain) unless you plan on buying it there (It was only $1.00 a bottle) because the kids were extremely thirsty and hot from running around! There was an ATM there to get cash or if you did purchase anything, it was a $5.00 minimum to use your cc or bank card. I would have given it 5 stars, but found that it was lacking in fun for my 11 month old. The youngest play area they had was for under 4 (a bounce house with a slide easy enough for my 2 yr old to enjoy on her own) but was too busy and bumpy for the 11 month old most of the time. She did get to go in a couple of times and crawl around though when the other kids were off dong something else and had fun crawling around, squeeling, and clapping her hands. So, if it's a slow time of day it wouldn't be too bad. I would like to see a separate play area for 2 and under though. (I'm guessing that is why it's free for infants) But, for the most part we were holding her the whole time. All three children are now fast asleep...need I say more?! AWESOME!!! read more

Recently had my sons 6th birthday party here. He had a great time running around with his friends which is great of course that's the point. Unfortunelty however everything I planned for the party was wrong. I only had one teenage girl running my party with 24 kids attending, the pizzas were cold by the time they were served and the cheese had slid off most of them, she didn't help pass out cup cakes my cousin did that. The veggie platter and soda that I ordered for the adults came out 20 mins before the party ended after i said I wanted them taken off the bill since they hadn't come out yet. $300 not well spent at all. Would not recommend this place at all. Very stressful time and there were not managers on site all the workers were teenagers read more

This place is AWESOME! There are 3 different blow up bouncy playgrounds, a huge regular playground, an arcade, and a special area for kids 4 and under. Adults are allowed to go on most of the playgrounds and I had so much fun! (The kids did too). The place is very clean which is saying a lot for a place that is always crawling with kids. The best part is it only costs $12 per kid to get in which I don't think is that bad. I just wish we lived closer so we could come back more often! read more

We've been to krazy kids a bunch, and my 5 yr old always has a great time. Had his birthday party there and it was great. Good value for the money, kids had fun and I didn't have to do anything. Biggest complaint is lack of wifi. They have it, but it gets overloaded when there's a lot of people and you can't connect. Wouldn't be that big of a deal except there's no service inside, so couldn't get calls or access internet. Other biggest issue for us is not being able to bring food in, and having to purchase it there. Overall, it's a great place to have the kids run around for a few hours. read more

I used to love taking the kids here but now they have so many arcade games the kids don't want to climb and run around. I remember reading about Krazy Kids when they first opened and the owners wanted to create a place without all the video games and now they have become what they tried to create an alternative for. This place iis fantastic. I have a 9 yr old and a 3 mo old. My 9 yr old brought 3 friends here for his bday and they just ran around for 3 hours. They were having a halloween party that night but not no one showed up so we got to enjoy trivia, pumpkins, a movie (which they skipped) and music. This was the 3rd time we went a d we love it. The only negative is that you can't leave and return. A couple of times I needed to run an errand and my son wasn't ready to go. We live 40 mins away so a hand stamp or punch card to get back in would make it even better! I am usually not one to complain about my experiences, but my 1st and I think only time I visited your play place was today with my two sons. My 1st complaint would be how much PDA I witnessed while there for 2 hours. I seen men smacking their ladies butts, making out, and heard sexual language. This is supposed to be a family friendly place to bring your children and I was embarrassed for my children and had to remove them from the section I witnessed this in. Second is how the equipment and inflatables are not watched at all by the staff, I had to talk to children who were not using the inflatables problem and my son was jumped on full force at least 3 times. My third complaint is my sons shoes were taken. Not too sure by whom as it is impossible to figure that out, but when I asked the front desk they stated that this is something that does not happen .Ok, is that it? Who walks off with a toddler pair of Nike's. I have been hoping this was going to be a great trip with my boys but left very disappointed. I really expected more from the website and other reviews I have read. I have never experienced this kind of experience before at an other facility. Krazy kids was a good place to spend our Labor Day. For $10 you're child can climb and crawl all over a giant jungle gym structure and a few inflated bounce houses. Parents don't pay for themselves and we were able to climb through the structures as well. I wouldn't pay anything more than what we did for a few reasons. Those being: 1. The place itself seemed pretty grimy, including most of the people. Parents with older rotten children that were picking on the smaller ones were ALLOWING it. My friend and I had to speak to a few children that weren't ours for bullying the younger ones. Most of the parents sat in chairs buried in their smart phones and iPads. And let's not forget to mention the pregnant woman smoking cigarettes in the parking lot. And the parents smoking around the outside play structures. 2. There was minimal staffing and terrible service at the ice cream window. There is a $5 minimum on all credit card purchases (who does that any more?) one woman was incredibly rude to my friend about this minimum, then argued with her about rainbow sprinkles and in the end messed up the order anyway. We waited at the window for almost ten minutes before walking away to play and then come back for another long wait. 3. The whole place is set up at what appears to be the bare minimum. Although the price is good, I can imagine that they struggle financially and maybe if they updated the outdoor area and added a few more climbing structures (rock wall maybe?) they could add value and make more business for themselves. It truly is only worth $10. Other than that, the kids had a blast, and I even broke out in a sweat climbing through the structures. It wasn't overly busy and we got a few good hours in. And just like Krazy Kids promises, our kids fell asleep on the way home. read more

This place rocked. We did an overnight with our Cub Scout Pack. We had kids ranging from 4 years old to 11 years old. There was something for everyone. They made pizza, which was actually pretty good. Had a movie for the kids and a light breakfast in the morning. It is nice and pretty much the only place around like it. The price is right for kids. It does seem a bit dirty but what else would you expect when there are 30-50 kids of all ages running around. On the flip side I am not a fan as most of the children RUNNING around are very misbehaved. I watched kids being kicked, pushed and shoved out of the way. I have to correct mine own to be polite and nice while others just pushed them with no parents to correct them. ALL IN ALL IT IS NOT THE FAULITYS FAULT but it still reflects on the place. read more

Took my 13 and 5 yr old boys and they both loved it the same. It has a good variety if "stuff" to do and it wasn't too crowded. (And we went on a rainy day) For $20 it was an afternoon of fun and exercise. Bonus....you can bring in your own food and drinks! Will def be returning!!! read more

I absolutely love this place! My 3 year-old daughter just had her birthday party here and it was well worth the money! There is so much to do, it could have easily kept her busy for hours and hours. With her party we had a designated party host who was amazing! He was super nice and stayed with her throughout the structures to help her if she needed it and to show her different cool things she could do. He set everything up, passed out all the food and drinks, passed her the presents, and even wrote down what presents she received from who for us. Then he did a magic trick with her and had her spin the prize wheel. Hands-down best birthday party we've ever been to! I definitely recommend it! read more

I used to love Krazy Kids. My kids love the expansion and pedal cars. BUT now they have arcade games. Lots of them in the middle of the place so you can't avoid them. So now you pay to get in and then keep paying. At least at Chuckie Cheese they don't charge you to get in. And let's face it, if I wanted to go to an arcade, that's where I would go. If I wanted to go somewhere that encourages my kids to move and explore, I would go to Krazy Kids. But those days are gone. Terrible experience. All I heard were my kids whine about wanting to play video games. I think Krazy Kids need to take a hard look at what they've done and how many people are going to stop going. While I was there every other parent there said they would not be coming back. Should be re-named "Lazy Kids" read more

The play area is great but I am SO DISAPPOINTED in the customer service. We have been multiple times and were always charged for our 1 year old. This past time we went, we were also charged but the people behind us were told that under 2 is free. Why is it different? I also have an issue with the food service. If you are not allowed to bring food in, then please organize your food service. I was told there would be a ten minute wait for pizza for my two children. 35 min later, I was told that it would be AT LEAST another half hour wait. I asked for my money back and was told that the sales tax I had paid was non-refundable. I was also told that there was no manager around to talk with. The pizza display was FULL of pizza but I was told that it had been sold to others. Watching people order and receive pizza after we had initially paid for it and then being told we couldn't have any was extremely frustrating (especially with two very hungry children). We drove 1.5 hours to get there, paid $24 to get in and had to leave after 1.5 hrs (35 min waiting time for food) in order to eat. I have no plans of going back. I am so disappointed in the staff. read more

Easily one of, if not the best indoor places for kids in nh. We have a 4 year old son, and found krazy kids when he was 2. I love that there is so much to do for kids of all ages. The facility is always clean, the staff attentive and seem to actually enjoy their jobs. Food is sold here, the pizza is delicious and very reasonable prices for every thing. We came this past week and were pleasantly surprised again and how there were new bounce houses and obstacle courses. This place is always changing for the better.
