He proceeds to tell me I have to download a app, make an account and schedule through there. It was so annoying but I did it anyway. I book for 1pm Friday and texted him to confirm. He does confirm and says perfect. I get there 15 minutes early and there's about 3 walk ins sitting in the shop. It's already 1:20pm and one man is getting off the chair. Someone gets on it and I'm looking at him like wtf??? He tells me he's behind and I'm next. I'm like whatever it happens. But then he closes the door in my face and makes me wait in the hallway (closing door so I don't see him try to cut every head in there before me) as over another hour goes by I get inpatient and knock on the door, as I do so the 3RD WALK IN is getting on the chair! It's almost 3oclock now, made me download a bs app just to take his friends that walked in? Never seen anything so disrespectful, and his cuts are nothing special anyway.
