I took the time to read the reviews for Nail Spa Haven and truly felt that I would have an amazing experience, so I booked...And I'm so glad that I did! As soon as I was greeted at the door, I knew I was in the right place. The atmosphere and energy were so calming, and the space is very tranquil. My pedicure with LaTanya was the best I've had in years. Many times in the past, I've felt very rushed and roughly handled when I would receive nail services, which creates a very negative experience. I immediately felt at ease with LaTanya. All of the ladies were so nice to talk to and made me feel so comfortable. If you're looking for an amazing, Woman-Led, Black-Owned salon for nail care and/or self care (they offer waxing, massages, and esthetic services as well!), don't hesitate to make an appointment at Nail Spa Haven. In the end, after multiple visits, she said the she feels that we can't find something that I am happy with although I have tipped every time, been nice (extremely, especially when bringing treats for the staff (macaroons) along with a bouquet of flowers)) and continued to book with them. I never said I wasn't happy as a client and honestly am appalled at how little she made me feel. The owner blocked me from being able to book appointments with no explanation and I am shocked. Below is an image of nails I got done and after 3 days they became "dirty" and turned a yellowish brown when they started at a pink nude. I DO NOT recommend this salon.

I got here around 1053 and noticed the shop had the lights off and the door locked so I figured they were closed and started googling other salons. As I was looking on my phone, I notice her pull into the parking lot and walk inside. She turned the lights on and left the door open. I gave it about 5 minutes and then proceeded to get out my car and go inside. I open the door and said "Hello! :) Goodmorning. I was just leaving when I noticed you worked here! I'm glad I stayed." She instantly became irritated and said "I just got here ". I replied "Okay did you need more time? I see the sign says open at 10 and you left the door open.." Then her attitude really turned up. "Ugh... what service do you even want??" as she scoffed.. I said "I would like a full set.." Then she just rolled her eyes and stared at me then started to do something else with no response to my question. So I just left. Ummm ok? you want to turn a customer away because you're feeling lazy and you're late to work?? Disappointed in her behavior. Find someone that actually wants to work!

Everything was done very neatly and timely. Covid precautions were taken and masks were the entire time I had my service. I was very pleased with the outcome. I will be returning again. Everyone in the area who is looking for a top quality salon with great service should check this place out.
