Instead of being understanding, the barber was extremely rude, refused to provide the service, and still made me pay. Even though I explained the situation and agreed that I was late, he didn't offer any flexibility or courtesy--not even to just do my hair. He simply denied all services. This was a very unpleasant experience. I have never been treated so rudely by a service professional. Yes, I was late, but the way the situation was handled was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. Terrible experience. I hope this doesn't happen to you.

They offer a hot towel on your face while she washes your hair and that is the best part of the cut. If you need a quick touch up in between cuts, they can do that too. You need to make an appointment in advance or you will have to adapt to what is available. If you make it with one to two weeks in advanced, the ski is the limit.
