If you are plus sized, you might struggle to navigate this place as well. There was a teeny tiny bathroom on the bottom floor. You have to get the key (with a map to find the bathroom, connected to a large block of wood so it doesn't get lost,) from a cashier near the entrance. The bathroom didn't look the best but it did the job.

Whether or not the cafe has an official position on bringing your own bike inside is not the picture i'm painting, I'm just really disturbed by the condescending attitude and self righteousness for wanting to bring my own bike inside for safe keeping. I picked up two books on my TBR today. Everyone working there was so kind and friendly. I'm an introvert so I like to browse in peace but they were happy to answer a question that I had and were bright and kind at the checkout. I also picked up a little booklet of the local indie bookshops and got a stamp at checkout. I also picked up a chai latte from the cafe. And then I went out on their little patio and had the time of my life writing in journal, sipping my chai and reading my new books. This feels like a place that I can be an introvert but enjoy myself in public. I don't know if that makes sense but it is how I feel. Looking forward to going back soon!

The back of the store is geared toward YA and kids while the front of the store near the cafe has a small selection of fiction/nonfiction/cooking, etc. The books were fairly market price. Most of the staff is at the cafe but there are plenty of people around for assistance. The cafe is screen free! No laptops but phones and e-readers are welcome. The rose latte was good but the rose flavoring was very strong!
