Stephanie is very professional. She has years of experience & gives great recommendations. My scalp is extremely sensitive to bleach & toner. She new exactly what I needed & how to make it happen. She walked me through the process with each step of it. My son loves when she cuts his hair. She made it so much easier for when we're back in CA because he learned how to sit still for Stephanie. This stylist did that, so will continue my search for a great stylist elsewhere (I had one, but recently moved out of state). Also took my daughter for her first haircut and I didn't feel like it was a great experience for her, though her hair looked cute afterwards. The stylist ended up talking to me more than her and I think she was really bored. Not the best!

I walked up to the door 5 minutes before they were supposed to close and the doors were being shut in front of me as the lady inside quickly started locking the door and saying the words "we're closed." On top of that she then opened the door to make sure I undestood they were already closed in a very rude manner. I was deploying overseas the very next day and so it was important but if the stylists wanted to leave, instead of taking another customer, I would think they could have taken a more tactful approach.
