Its a large, new facility, and overstaffed (probably because it was designed by hospital administrators). This means there is seldom a wait, unlike many places that take the AARP Medicare Advantage Plan. My primary doctor is Lauri Ballard, MD, a young lady specializing in geriatrics and Board Certified in Internal Medicine. She is personable, pleasant, and has time to spend if you need it. Adrian, her Nurse Practitioner, is experienced and handled a complex visit that still only needed her skills with efficiency. Christina and Emily (the Clinic Director) are knowledgeable on insurance and helped me with a small problem with the Advantage Plan. The staff and medical assistants are pleasant and not overworked.

The place is unreal beyond words. Anyway, for what its worth I asked for his complete medical record (not that MyChart crud). It was over 400 pages of redundant medical codes, jargon and abbreviations which were impossible to decipher. No problem, I just 'drag and dropped' the PDF medical file into Google Gemini(AI) and it deciphered the whole thing. It can categorize and timestamp everything that was recorded by the staff, which also means that it catches the staff NOT recording things! You can tell AI of your concern specifically and it will whip out a very strong indictment of the hospital care within seconds. Ergo, when you check into this place you MUST assume the worst and thus keep a running record of your observations, requests and concerns along with pictures of where applicable. You must begin building your case against them from day 1. Also keep in mind that the medical oversight/accountability apparatus is fact oriented and not personal. Every time I walk in I am greeted by the staff at the front desk. I love how they decorate the lobby according to what holiday is coming up. Puts a little smile on my face to see those personal touches. I am not kept waiting for longer than maybe 20 minutes most of the time I visit. The lobby and patient rooms are always clean and tidy. The restrooms inside the office is well decorated to make it not feel like a 'gloomy doctor office' (if that makes sense). Anytime I ask her a question or concern I have she always has the right answer to it and makes me feel at peace. She has recommended other doctors or services if I am in need of something she does not cover. She is great and friendly but I just wish our visits were a little longer to talk to her more. My visits and talks with her always feel like they are too short. If you are thinking of setting an appointment the number will direct you to the general hospital network and from there they filter to the people as needed.
