Chiropractic care addressing several different issues to include severe sciatica and hip pain. The sciatica is completely resolved and the hip pain is 80 to 90% and no pain most of the time. The staff here are exceptionally friendly and attentive to handling your room assignment quickly and paying attention to all activity in the waiting room. The staff is attentive to children as well, and there are a few things for them to do. I only gave one star because at one time Dr. Kramer was a decent chiropractor. But now he's into gimmicks and games. Want you to sign a contract for hundreds of dollars for chiropractic care that you may or may not need. Chiropractic treatment should be done on a as needed basis. Which should be a valuated each time you go to have an adjustment. After an adjustment it takes at least three days for results to settle in and let your body know how you feel about that particular treatment. Shop around. Dr Kramer will pull you into a sales presentation and make it all shinny and have you sign and pay a very large amount (be prepared for a $200-$300 initial exam) and they don't bill directly with insurances so they can charge you a higher price than your deductible / co-pay. I'm with blue shield and when I called and asked about this they warned me against them. But yes I was pulled into $500 worth of treatments. It was no different than any other chiropractor I have been to (I was in a car accident and have back problems at 25 so I have been to a few) But they are all very nice and charming. read more

I've seen reviews that say Kremer doesn't bill insurance. They billed mine. No problem at all. I'm very satisfied with the chiropractic work itself. Dr. Kremer got rid of a many aches and pains. My health has improved overall. read more

SCAM. Just wow. And not a good wow. I went here hoping for help after suffering a few days with debilitating lower back pain. I am 28 years old without any chronic issues but back pain once every couple of years due to my active lifestyle. I should not be feeling this way. I walk into the office and things were clean and looking promising. normal doctors office ppwrk and they took copies of my insurance card. Then they pulled me back into a room where they pitched me a sales video about how wonderful chiropractic care is (I agree). This video was a sales pitch to try and get you to think paying $400 out of pocket for chiropractic care is necessary. (It's NOT) the doctor came in and introduced himself and advised me they do not bill insurance and they require XRays on initial visit that ran approximately $350, on top of his evaluation which ran $98. As if these costs weren't enough, here's the kicker... he will not review these xrays at this visit. You need to come back another day, and pay yet again another $98 office visit to review them. And ANOTHER $98 visit for adjustment. These people are money hungry and care only about the money not helping people!! I'm so incredibly disappointed and disgusted that there are people out here like this who take advantage of people!!! Total scam artists. Funny thing is, I work at a large healthcare corporation. My wife recently felt the need to visit a chiropractor. The Chiropractor we recently used moved in to Dr Kremer's office in Red Bluff, CA so we decided to go there. My wife is 28 years old and is an avid dancer. She has had good back and neck health with only an occasional kink or stiffness that needs attention. About once every 6 months to a year. Every chiropractor she had seen in the past was helpful and concerned with correcting her problem with as few visits as possible. They would usually recommend stretching and or strength training to prevent further set backs. NOT THIS TIME. Dr. Kremer lured my wife in with a free first visit, consult, and X-ray. One request was that I attend the appointment. The secretary put us in a room with a movie that spent 5-10 minutes trying to convince us the only way to live and stay healthy is to have continuous chiropractic care for the rest of our lives, a video with no knowledge of why we were there. A red flag I noticed in the movie room was that Dr. Kremer had the room riddled with certifications and pictures of himself with children and families as though he was trying to create a trusting environment. Dr. Kremer came in and began with his charismatic speech about the only way to experience good health was to have continuous lifetime care. He insisted by looking at X-rays that my wife had spine and neck problems that started when she was 8 years old. He went on to say chiropractic care was the answer to all health problems including those not associated with neck, back, or other bone/joints. Every time my wife said she wasn't interested in continuous care Dr. Kremer became more pushy and aggressive with his persuasion. At one point I had to step in and tell Dr. Kremer to stop cornering my wife and that she already told him no. Dr. Kramer got frustrated and started saying my wife may as well just take drugs if she wasn't going to agree to his continuous care. Everything Dr. Kremer said contradicted what had been told to use by all other medical and Chiropractic professionals. I understand why some people get fooled by Dr. Kremer. He is handsome, well spoken, and has an answer for everything. I think Dr. Kremer is a con man taking advantage of peoples Health for his own benefit. He should be looked at for mal practice. After hearing his speech it was obvious that the most healthy person could have walked in and his answer would've been continuous lifetime adjustments. We walked out with no adjustment. Dr. Kremer cares for his patients. I recommend being totally honest with him and let him work on you. I respect him that he doesn't blow any smoke about chiropractic care. The mind-body connection really helps speed recovery and isn't a magic pill/quick fix. Long-term alignment does work wonders. read more

I am sure that Dr. Kremer is a good chiropractor, but I wouldn't know from experience because he will not adjust you unless you sign up for a years care costing thousands. Initial exam results in x-rays and a $297 bill. Here's the run down; free consult, $87 exam and $210 x-ray with no adjustment. You are then scheduled for a consult the next day or two. So you leave his office in pain. When you go back he offers to help you if you will purchase a years worth of care for thousands of dollars. After my experience with Dr. Kremer I called 9 other chiropractors from Redding to Chico, not one of them charges more then $85 for initial exam and adjustment, the average of all 9 was $59. Not one of them does an x-ray in house, they send out if they feel there is a need. All of the chiropractors quoted me the prices over the phone, except one, can you guess which one? You got it, Dr. Kremer's office. I have friends that love him, but I felt duped. I wanted a chiropractor that would help my pain, it felt to me that he wanted to help my back pain by lightening my wallet. Don't fall for the "but you're worth it" line. read more
