Shawna at the front desk is really on top of things. Friendly, helpful, and mindful that we are all busy and in a hurry. I've read some of the reviews that say otherwise, and all I can say is that I have been going to this facility for years for CDL medical renewals and random drug tests and they have been nothing but helpful. Dr Lane is great. I have a bit of "white coat syndrome" where my blood pressure reads high when I am in a doctor's office, but not with Dr Lane. I even left a jacket in the office recently, and later got a call from Shawna. They took the time to figure out that it must be mine. read more

Called to get information and possibly schedule and appointment and the lady that answered the phone was just awful! She sounds very unhappy and I'm sure she is causing this business to loose customers! Any doctor that employs such a person in a customer service position doesn't care about its clients and I wouldn't go here if my life depended on it! First visit a year ago, I just figured she was having a bad day. This visit was worse than the first. My work sends us in for random drug tests. This lady is very rude and never understands the paperwork. Last visit she had a little melt down because I was 10 minutes early, then the paperwork confusion AGAIN. She clearly hates her job and is ready to find any reason to cause problems. I finally just walked out and got a test elsewhere with no problems at all. Will never visit this office again. Hope she resolves whatever it is that she is taking out on her customers and finds happiness. read more

Lesa Lane, as a person is wonderful. Absolutely terrific and she kept me laughing the whole time. She is remarkable! That being said, her reviews would be a thousand times better if she would get rid of that office manager! I don't know what kind of hold she has on Lesa Lane but if she worked for me and treated my patients like that she would have been out on her ear. She was incredibly rude, unprofessional, uncaring and doesn't know how to do DOT at all. She even said my doctor wasn't qualified to make decisions to give me my medical card. After calling the DMV it turns out he IS qualified. She is getting turned in to DOT. She also threatened to call my boss and tell him how rude I was to her without even understanding that I have a problem with my eyes (genetic) that makes it look like I was rolling my eyes. If you like being dehumanized about your medical condition go ahead and come to this office. If you like feeling like you are a living breathing human with feelings and a soul, save your money and go somewhere else. read more

I've been utilizing chiropractic care and homeopathic remedies since I was a child. We are incredibly lucky to have a resource like Dr. Lane in our little town. My lower back is stubborn and Dr. Lane has been patient and thorough in determining the best way to adjust it so I am able to live my life without the constant nagging in the lower back. She has recommended supplements that have helped tremendously with my energy levels, and joint juiciness. the kiniseology (I know I spelled that incorrectly...) taping she offers is pretty neat too. Shawna is a delight to interact with on the phone and in person. My schedule can be tricky and she is always professional and helpful, despite the amount of work she has to do, plus the attitude of some of the drug test candidates. Dr. Lane is my Chiropractor. For those who think Chiropractors aren't really "doctors"... I have something to tell you.... Dr. Lane is a miracle worker! about 6 months ago, I woke up and I could not move my neck or back. I'm talking about mike tyson punch to the junk kind of pain. Chewing tylenol and any other pain reliever in sight didn't do a bit of good. So, My wonderful wife gets me, takes me to Dr. Lane, and about an hour later her magical hands had unlocked the celtic knot puzzle that was my back and neck. I don't even think a romp with Angelina Jolie or Jennifer Anniston would have put such a big smile on my face. Her prices are CHEAP! She doesn't try to sell you crap you don't need, push MLM's on you and convince you to spend $3500 over a 6 month span like some other *Cough* *Bullshit* *crap* chiropractors do. Trust me, if this were 500 years ago in the jungle of Mexico, she'd be the witch doctor that everyone loved because she made everyone better. Plus, the fresh roses she brings into the office from her garden each morning certainly make the office smell nice and feel welcoming. GO HERE if you want to be well! read more

The receptionist is next level rude. I asked the doctor when I could do my drug test and the receptionist interrupted by saying I need to only acknowledge her and I wasn't aloud to speak to the doctor. Not to mention she treated me as a criminal, as I came in for a pre-employment physical and drug test. I've read multiple reviews about how rude she is, I can only wonder why the doctor still allows her to work there. read more

I had to come here for a drug test and physical. Shauna has been the rudest person throughout this entire ordeal. Over the phone she was very caddy with me and wouldn't let me talk. Then I came in and she was chatting with another lady and I told her I was here for my drug test and physical. She asked where my paperwork was. I asked if I could email it to her and print it up real quick as I didn't have the resources to do it before I came. She rolled her eyes and said, "ugh. I guess so." then told her friend, "sorry. I have to deal with this". Lol woooooooow if this is the way you expect to draw in customers then I am baffled you are still in business. read more

I don't normally take time out of my day to make these yelp reviews, but after having THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE with Lane Chiropractic, more specifically with their nasty receptionist Shauna. First when I called originally to make my appointment, Shauna was extensively short and rude on the phone when making my appointment to begin with. She would ask my questions regarding the paperwork and when I answered, she would repeat the question again as if I was lying to her when I answered? Rude. Also, I over 50 minutes away in Redding and made this appointment to have my license hold removed as I needed a medical evaluation form filled out and this was the only office I could find that did that paperwork. However, when I accidentally missed my appointment, Shauna called to tell me how inconsiderate I was for mistakenly missing my appointment and how "they've lost hundreds of dollars because I missed my 1 hour appointment" (which I never even got a reminder phone call for the day before, very unprofessional). She then calls back 2 minutes later to CANCEL my new appointment I just rescheduled with her on our previous call literally 2 minutes prior. When I said I've never heard of a doctor who doesn't reschedule patients, her response was, "Since you're being so rude I'm going to hang up now." I absolutely can not believe the disrespect and unprofessionalism this basic receptionist just displayed. I would not recommend this office to absolutely anyone. Learn how to respectfully deal with clients properly Shauna, because you're the reason for Dr. Lane's 1 star reviews. Worst service I've ever had. read more

I never met Dr.Lane, so please do not let this review reflect her actual service. The woman at the front desk, I believe her name was Shawna, was terribly rude. She was aggressive and practically yelled at me for being bladder shy, which anyone who is, knows it is embarrassing enough on it's own. She also complained loudly in front of me to her co-worker that she hasn't been able to get anything done because she had someone (me) follow her through the door the second she got back from lunch. Yes, I had been waiting for her to get back since the sign on the door said 1:30 (she was late fyi) I didn't think that was something I should feel bad for but I did after she rudely announced she had an issue with that. Then she was loudly complaining about a man on the phone, it all seemed very unprofessional. I'm very upset about my experience with her. If I didn't need to take the test there in order to get this job, I would have walked right out. read more
