They never tried the cell phone number listed on my invoices. It sucked, and it was my fault, but when I called to see if I could get my coverage reinstated I was told "you can pay if you want, but that doesn't mean your insurance is going to get reinstated". You sell insurance and you don't know if we can fix this or not? I have rarely been treated like such an annoyance. I complained, so they called to apologize for my bad experience but ask me to" acknowledge that they had returned my call". I guess I'm happy to provide a verbal that nothing is again their fault if it makes them feel better. It was humiliating. Almost two decades with them and they made me cry on the way to work. It was the only time I ever paid late. Definitely time for a new broker who has more respect for his "little" clients.

My husband and I have insurance through Bear River with Garner Jensen. He is great! My sister and…read moreher husband had their insurance through Bear River with Brent Christensen. They are terrible! My sister switched to another company because it was cheaper and Brent's office staff have been nothing short of despicable to them. They requested all the new insurance information and said it was required in order to cancel. When I cancelled insurance with my agent they didn't ask for any new information! Brent's office also refused to mail out a reimbursement check. The lady that my sister talked to was screaming at her on the phone and actually told her that it was not illegal to with hold the reimbursement check for as long as they felt like holding it. My sister asked to talk to a manager and the lady said she was the manager and her boss would say the same thing that she did. She also told my sister that they are glad to be rid of them. What kind of a business tells its customers that they are glad to be rid of them? Do not get your insurance with Brent Christensen or they will treat you the same way. If you are going to go with Bear River, make sure your agent is someone else like Garner Jensen.
