They never tried the cell phone number listed on my invoices. It sucked, and it was my fault, but when I called to see if I could get my coverage reinstated I was told "you can pay if you want, but that doesn't mean your insurance is going to get reinstated". You sell insurance and you don't know if we can fix this or not? I have rarely been treated like such an annoyance. I complained, so they called to apologize for my bad experience but ask me to" acknowledge that they had returned my call". I guess I'm happy to provide a verbal that nothing is again their fault if it makes them feel better. It was humiliating. Almost two decades with them and they made me cry on the way to work. It was the only time I ever paid late. Definitely time for a new broker who has more respect for his "little" clients.

Email does tend to be a slower form of communication for them but a phone call will usually get you the answers you need more quickly. On Dec 6 as I received a termination letter and inquired why. On Dec 7, they said they would respond by Dec 8. I did not receive a response. I contacted my lender explaining that I hadn't heard from Garner Insurance, after which the lender called them and they replied saying they would find out more and again would be in touch with me first in the morning (Dec 12). They never reached back out or followed through on their commitments. I was able to find out from another provider that the policy they issued me through UU Insurance does not cover flat roofs. I'm not sure how this was missed, given the documentation I provided them had pictures and literally said "flat roof". They put me in a difficult position through a seemingly avoidable miss-step. Combine that behavior with them not following through on two commitments is one of the worst insurance experiences I have encountered. If you have insurance needs, I highly suggest looking elsewhere.

A month later, we were notified THE DAY OF by Kresha, that they were dropping 2 of my 4 cars. After scrambling and spending an entire work day trying to get our cars covered, the rate for the 2 cars remaining on the policy tripled! Absolutely, 100% do not recommend!
