All I can say is they charged an arm and a leg, and when I tried to leave the firm for a smaller one, they dragged their feet at every opportunity. Unless you can generate significant billable hours for this now behemoth, find another option as you will be billed outrageously and treated poorly.

I had a very poor experience with this service provider. I…read morewas ignored, in effect lied to, my emails were not responded to, calls were not returned, sensitive, only copy of personal docs were put into the US mail instead of giving me the option to pick up, no interview was done of my changes in status, they never bothered to get my current phone and address and so mailed the return to the wrong address, and the return they created and submitted to me was wrong and illegal. They took illegal deductions and ignored legal ones. If I had actually filed it I, no, THEY, would have been liable for penalties and interest and possibly an audit. While promises were made about work to be performed in conversation, commitments were not kept and were changed without notifying me. Overall gave me a feeling like I didn't really matter to the firm. I got this same feeling from the office staff. Who were singularly unfriendly and unhelpful in almost all interactions. Add to this the fact the office looks like something out of the 50s and is cluttered and messy and their prices are high for value received and the fact the other reviews are over 2 years old, My STRONG suggestion is to AVOID this firm. Use Totah or even HR Block. Yes, HR Block, I used them and they were fast, kept me informed, did the return correctly and were a pleasure to work with. Perhaps this firm was great at one time, but perhaps that time has passed. Do what you want, of course, but when you have a poor experience here, just remember: You've Been Warned.
