In the case with my situation, I did not have a simple, straight deduction. There was no way I was able to do my taxes and risk getting audited by the IRS. Paul was able to navigate through all my documents and explain to me about the tax process. That was important to me b/c my prior tax person was not responsive and only called me when my taxes were complete. The receptionist who works the front office is great too.
