My wife and I did both our personal and business taxes with him. As tax season progressed he became less and less communicative and eventually cut off contact entirely. He filed our taxes months later and finally got them completed near the end of June. This was after months of near daily texts, calls and emails. None of which were responded to. We just got a notice that we owe more than $3100!!! because he failed file a form correctly and did not communicate with us regarding it. We will NOT be using him going forward and a number of my wife's colleagues who also did their taxes through him will be moving on as well because they had similar issues with him. I don't know if he overextended himself or what, but in the end his actions cost us thousands in unnecessary penalties and we hope to save you the same financial pain, headache and frustration of dealing with him and his company.
