Debi and I first met at a networking lunch event through the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce. I thought that I was a busy bee until I met her! We began to see each other everywhere and quickly became great friends. Hearing her talk about her product and the impact that it makes on peoples lives was inspiring and I knew I wanted to give it a shot! So we did a consultation and before I knew it I was wearing braces!! Entering the office of Dr. Debi is unlike any experience I have ever had. It certainly does not feel like a dental office. Beautiful wood floors, meticulously laid tiles in the bathroom, dental chair that massages you, bright open and cheerful.. She put a lot of thought into her patient experience. I have to say that I have never enjoyed ANYTHING about going to the dentist but going to see Dr. Debi was a pleasurable experience. Spending time there was anything but uncomfortable.. in fact.. it was a lot of unexpected fun!!! I looked forward to the "chair talk" and seeing the drastic results from visit to visit. What makes the experience so much fun is how excited Dr. Debi is to show you your results (which are absolutely unbelievable). What people wait years for with regular braces and Invisalign can be accomplished in a matter of months with Dr. Debi. I cannot say that the experience was not uncomfortable... but after each visit and seeing my before and after pictures... it has been 100% worth it. No one can say that Dr. Debi does not know what they are going through when she puts these braces on! She had them put on herself so she could "walk in her patient's shoes and truly understand their concerns". What an amazing thing to do for your clients! I highly recommend Dr. Debi Strand. She is an amazing dentist. Her expertise and professionalism are one to be reckoned with. You will be amazed with the quick transformation and extremely impressed with your results! I was! When you go in, they've got coffee water in their little waiting room, but I guarantee you you don't wait long. It's not like a regular doctors office where they say you have to be here at a certain time and then you wait 45 minutes for them. If they say be here at 8:15, you should be in a chair within just a few minutes. The front staff is extremely knowledgeable, very polite. Parking is excellent ease of access is also very good.

That was exactly how I felt walking into Park Family Dental. And for me, that's a BIG deal because I have pretty extreme dental anxiety from a childhood dental trauma. I originally went to Park Family Dental for a cleaning and a cosmetic consultation with Dr. Long, who I had researched extensively beforehand. The practice already had thousands of amazing reviews, but what really stood out to me was that Dr. Long is the only AACD Accredited cosmetic dentist in the area. That was especially important to me because I knew my case could be a little more complicated due to my childhood injury, and I really wanted someone with that level of training and expertise handling the cosmetic side of my treatment. My hygienist, Catalina, was so sweet and patient. She knew how nervous I was and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed the entire time. As it turned out, my case was definitely more complicated than I expected. What started as a cleaning and cosmetic consult uncovered a longstanding infection that I had absolutely no idea was there and ended up requiring some pretty extensive dental work. Being a medical professional myself, I was immediately impressed by the level of clinical expertise in this office. They were able to do a 3D CT scan right there, and I was able to consult with Dr. Macedo, who specializes in endodontic procedures. I ultimately needed multiple root canals as well as an apicoectomy with bone grafting. Dr. Macedo and her assistants, Miranda and Mary, were amazing. I honestly never knew it was possible to inject dental anesthetic without feeling a thing until Dr. Macedo did it! She and her team were incredibly gentle, patient and thorough and somehow made procedures that sounded absolutely terrifying to me go incredibly smoothly. Once all of that was taken care of, Dr. Long and his assistants Katia and David worked on the restorative and cosmetic part of my treatment, including the numerous crowns I needed. One of the things that really sets this office apart is that they have an on-site dental lab, which meant their ceramist, Lance, was able to be directly involved in creating my final smile. Lance is truly an artist. He and Dr. Long personally worked with me to make sure we got the shape, color and overall look exactly where I wanted it. I am honestly in awe of how my smile has been transformed. After everything that needed to be done, the final result is more than I could have hoped for. I won't go so far as to say I actually look forward to going to the dentist , but in just a few short weeks, the entire team at Park Family Dental managed to put fears I've had since childhood almost completely at ease. Considering they got me through root canals, an apicoectomy, bone grafting and extensive restorative and cosmetic dental work during that time, that is saying A LOT! I really can't say enough about this office. I get it going to the Dentist can be expensive and in some cases painful. My most recent experience was on 7/21/26. After a 6 month cleaning on 7/16/26 conducted by Kalen who did a great job as he always does. I was then examined by Dr. Natalia my first visit with her. This place is no pressure and for the last 3 cleanings I had been kicking the can down the road and Dr Natalia called me out on it with all the evidence. Pictures of failing fillings, decay that got worse, decay under a crown that got bigger.... Pictures don't lie, x-rays dont lie, they show the progression. You have to listen and take action when problems arise. I had to get 3 new crowns and hope teeth could be saved. Kendra gave me an estimate of what my insurance would pay and also what I would have to pay. TRANSPARENT. Then I asked Kendra about a summer special they were running on Denistry needs I saw on website which she verified and did not know and BAM. I was happy about total price. Kendra was awesome. Flexible got me a 7:00 AM appointment to complete 2 crowns on 7/21/26. Well today was the day. Dr Natalia and Cley the dental assistant completed a seemless 2 crown tooth cleanup installation that I am HAPPY about. Cley and Dr Natalia were a team and kept things moving. It was my first dental procedure with Dr Natalia. She was honest with past evidence of my dental short coming that I did not address. Look, no one is excited about seeing the dentist but if you want to keep your teeth and have the LEAST amount of work you listen to your Dr. I walked out of there with great fitting crowns, on time and ready to go back to work.
