She was really kind and personable, and did a great job making sure you feel comfortable. I've had quite a few Brazilians already, but I would recommend her to anyone who's new to this and not ready to spend a fortune on European Wax Center. The lady that does my eyebrows is quick and she listens to what I want, instead of just doing a standard job. The facials are super relaxing and really make a difference to my skin. The price was outrageous. For the services I got done, I usually pay $190 at my usual salon. I paid $350!!! And that did not include the tip. This was my most expensive trip to the salon -- ever. There was a dog in the salon the entire time, and I had dye all over my neck, my ears and my forehead when I got out. I'm no stranger to getting my hair dyed (I usually keep it red) but the amount of dye I had on my skin just reflected the lack of attention to detail. For the price point, I would've expected more. More everything: attention to detail, professionalism and a better ambiance. Won't be returning. If you want to spend an exorbitant amount of money on a mediocre haircut and dye job, go ahead. I wouldn't recommend this place to students in the area however. If you're looking for a balayage or highlights, you might have a better experience than I did (most of the pictures on their site are of those kinds of dye). My hair might be on the website now, I remember some pictures being taken of my hair... I won't deny that it looks great, but my wallet was left hurting despite the fact that I had a mediocre experience and a tough time getting dye off my skin for the next week.
