A few days after requesting our paperwork, I received a collection letter from the office for an unpaid 2023 balance. I was never made aware of this bill. When I called the office, they gave me a different number for billing. When I spoke to billing, she said she had an old address for me although I updated it at the 2023 visit. She said it's not her fault because they work in different offices. I had to pull teeth to figure out what the bill was even for. She finally gave me a code but could not tell me any more information about when the bill was sent, why insurance didn't cover it, what the code was for, and when she sent me the bill to my incorrect address. She put me on hold multiple times to talk to her manager. I asked to speak to her manager and she said "my manager said I have no business talking to the manager" and they already sent it off to collections so I can just deal with it

I felt that Dr Reid wasn't very attentive to the patients needs. She stood across the room the entire time. For this reason I didn't return. I think as a healthcare professional you should be worried about patients health not their eye lashes or selling miscellaneous marketing items to make additional money. I will say the inside was nice, clean, and front desk staff were nice for the most part. I have found another primary care physician, I suggest you look elsewhere for optimal healthcare.

They immediately called back and announced themselves as the business and began to tell me there was nothing, they could do to give information about the healthcare worker and that I should have asked for ID on day one. Later after our mother got sick, she requested that the healthcare worker wear a mask and gloves and the agency and healthcare worker told us that the client has to provide it and the worker said she did not have the money for these supplies. Our mother had been a home health care aide for 10 years and she thought these questions were normal, but with this company they continued to be abrasive in their customer relations and evasive about any questions they were asked. It is my opinion that they think customers do not have the ability to give a review on the internet of their company and they think they can get away with this kind of treatment. I am writing this review on behalf of the experience our family had with this company.
