Right at the first visit, I was certain that Dr. Spiaggia is trustworthy and that I am in safe hands. When all other doctors disregarded an MRI, he was the first person to prescribe it and then provided a bang on target, spot-on review of my condition. This man has his profession inside his blood cells, what a knowledgeable professional he is! This was when I believed that someone actually understood my problem and also what to do to make it better. I suffered from disabling cluster headache on the left side and wasted a year meeting neurologists. They are so pathetically incompetent and do not view the problem from a holistic perspective. They would only write medication after medication. Dr. Spiaggia's diagnosis that the pain was coming from the neck, totally changed the way I thought about the pain. After years of progressive degeneration of the neck resulting from sitting in front of the screen, I came to a conclusion that I had cervicogenic pain. The exercises recommended by the physical therapists helped to drastically bring down the duration of my cluster headache. The PT aides repeatedly ensured that my exercise form was correct and that all the exercises were completed by me. Thanks to Dr. Kevin Tabije for performing the trigger point injections. Their Chiropractic was below expectations and it could have been more efficient. Yet, it can be overlooked for the other things. I never missed a single appointment in my 6 weeks of therapy, after which I had to go back to California. Thank you so much for playing a big part in my healing journey, PRRM.

They not only treat you like family, but they take the time to answer all your questions, explain treatments and procedures and even call you back the next day after to make sure you are okay. All signage on the back of the building, which you cannot see from the highway and definitely needs to be updated on the front exterior of the building or put a large sign up. I was here for a work physical as it was the required location. I saw Dr Bellamy who was professional and quick at his job, no complaints there. I would say the staff behind the front desk definitely were not as friendly and patient as I expected. They were polite with me as I was prepared for my appointment and had all my necessary paperwork as instructed. I observed the staff being less than patient and polite with older other patients which I can understand when a patient is difficult and raises their voice. Once inside, it was clear the facility is long overdue for an update. The interior had a musty, old smell, which wasn't very welcoming. Once in the exam room I was a little disgusted by how much dust and how gross the counters and computer inside the exam room was but thankfully I was in and out quickly. Despite these issues, the staff was professional and helpful, making the visit manageable. Overall, the experience was okay but could be greatly improved with some better signage and a fresher environment.

My daughter feels completely pain free (off the pain meds after one week) for the first time in 4 years. Her orthopedic specialist was very discouraging of a coccygectomy, even though she's young and healthy (now 18). I don't know how this surgery would have worked out with a general orthopedic surgeon, but I can say my daughter and I are SO grateful we decided to have Katzman and Slaughter (don't let the name scare you off) operate on her. On September 26, 2024 in Essex County Superior Court Dr. Scott Katzman was found by a jury of seven in the matter of ESX-L-4823-18 to have deviated from the standard of care and caused bodily harm, injury and damage to the patient. However, he got away with it all. It was entered as a Defendant's verdict and the fact that the jury found against him on these two questions it's not recorded .
