Prices kept going up, he sold me a bent subframe then charged me $300 to tell me it was bent! well over 10 employees had turned over in that time, so the girl who started welding my rollbar quit before finishing-half the car was like that, I finally heard so many stories about him and his shop ripping people off for $5000-120,000 on build after build. Story after story from people who don't know each other at the surrounding shops there in longwood and across Central FL. I said I wanted my car back, all of a sudden it was hard to get a hold of him, he charged me $4000 for a 6.0 LS engine and never gave me the engine, then promised he would refund me and never did. finally I got my car towed home-the tow truck driver said; you're lucky your getting your car back, most people don't.... Keep in mind I had just been laid off from my job and my son had just been born a couple months prior, THATS the kind of person he really is! He also shared with me that he pays an IT guy to delete negative feedback, this is why the timestamp on the reviews is so far apart, either years ago or recently for a bumper repaint or something minor. FIND ANOTHER SHOP There are many in that exact same area that do exceptional work for a much better price. Go to neighboring shops, ask them, they will tell you the same!. Don't take my word for it. Ask around. They all know him, his reputation is out there.

I'll take your original parts and go to swap meet and sell them and make money while he puts on aftermarket parts on your vehicle. On 12/20 I brought my vehicle there for a full detail interior and exterior as a Christmas gift they had it all afternoon into the early evening. When I went to get it they had misplaced the clips for the floor mats and Ron insisted he would get new ones I told him not to worry about it. Immediately after leaving there I noticed an airbag error on my dash for the passenger seat. It wouldn't shut off even after I had driven somewhere so I called Ron and let him know. He was perplexed said it most likely was something got hit on the wires of the seat and he would look into it and call me right back (he never did). The next day I brought my car to the dealership because I did not want to drive around with an air bag error with a baby in the car and they confirmed that the control module was fried in the passenger seat due to the bottom of the seat being saturated with water. $416, and two days later at the dealership it was replaced and the seat was dried out. I kept calling all day and was not able to leave a message or get in touch with Ron. When he finally called me back he assured me he would make things right and asked if I could send him the reciept and if I had Zelle he would send it right over to me. I did both, and I still have not gotten reimbursed now 2 weeks later. My mom stopped by THE WASH and he assured her he would be taking care of me and played it off like he was confused then said he had a flip phone and would have to go to the bank at the end of the day to get the cash to give to me and that he would call me back. That didn't happen either. I ended up stopping by myself a few days later and he "wasn't there" but his mother and brother were who played as though they had no knowledge of the situation. The mother was very adamant that they would not be paying for the damage done to my vehicle and that there is no way to prove they did it, despite her son (the one who did the detail on my car already accepting responsibility and telling me he would pay for it.) I have been going to and sending others to this car wash for over 10 years, supporting them and telling others to support them being a small business and two young kids (when they started) doing a heck of a job. Sad to say this will be my last time and that I'm very disappointed in the lack of integrity and deceitful outcome of this situation.
