They are rushed to give your car back and it is not cleaned well. I had to take it back to get redone.

On February 6 2025 on of the large rotating brushes broke the rear wiper off of my vehicle. As this happened I heard a loud bang. When I exited the car wash I look to see what had happened and realized that the wiper and wiper arm was missing. Awful! I have been a Mister Car Wash member for a couple years and today I cancelled my membership. Here's why... I used to have a minivan then about 6 months ago I got an suv. When I changed the car associated with my account, I was told my new car was going to cost an additional $4 per month. In my opinion, going from a minivan to an suv does not justify an additional cost. However, I begrudgingly paid. Each time I go to this specific location, I leave underwhelmed and grumpy. Other locations have significantly more suds when going through. After the washing, I always pull off to the side to wipe the excess water off and vacuum. Half of the vacuums are always broken and have nozzles missing. Since the vacuums are open to non members, it is difficult to get a spot and when I do I am usually surrounded by dirty junky cars with their obnoxious music blaring while their owners vacuum them out. It is a miserable experience and management does not even pay attention to that area. After cancelling my membership, I went for one last wash. As I pulled off to the side to do my usual wipe down and vacuum, I see that my tailgate was not washed. It did not even have a drop of water on it. And, of course my neighbor was the stereotypical non member taking advantage of a free vacuum. I looked around and saw no Mister Car Wash employee. Fed up with the location, I left. I called customer service and made them aware of my experience. Other Mister Car Wash locations are significantly more thorough and a better customer experience. So so disappointed! I have been going to the Lake Mary location for over 6 years. I am a platinum member, which means unlimited INSIDE and OUTSIDE cleaning. for a hefty price.. Recently, within the last two months or so, there service has been slipping. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, busy time of the year, kids who really dont care about how clean your car is, etc. That is until today...I found, business cards in my vehicle that were not mine, the floor was not vacuumed, the cup holders and door frames were not wiped down...awful. So I returned to the location at Lake Mary. I spoke to a young very youngfemale manager, told her of my concerns and was told "Well, we dont wipe EVERYTHING down, unless the customer asks us to do that" I have been coming to this location for 6 years! They have ALWAYS wiped down all the areas of the inside of my vehicle. I've been a member with 3 vehicles and they give great service but do not remember customers at all. I've brought 2 and 3 in the same day and they have no idea you were there just 20 minutes ago! For multiple vehicle customers, I'd expect recognition, even if it's electronic. read more

This location is a lot better than Lake Mary. Every mister . car wash should automatically scrub your car and use the bug spray without asking every other car wash company does this sometimes they even use a power washer. Mister car wash should start do that. The wash experience is good and the people cleaning the inside of the cars is great. The dryer is kind of pointless. read more

I want to start off and say that this isn't the first time I've gone to a Mister Car Wash. I've even visited this location before. I thought that I'd give them another shot but I'm still disappointed. I went in and got the #2 option for $11 dollars. When my car and I came out of the washer it was pretty obvious that it didn't clean my car well. It's still covered in bugs and dirt. Won't be returning to this location again. Worst car wash - vacuums barely work. Tire shine flings all over the car and parking spots are tight.

Paid my money, added a tip talked to the attendant, waited for the 12 vehicles in front of me and when it was my turn I get told I'm to big, cannot get turned around, they send me thru the neighbors ditch, across another lot and I have to go around the block just to get my refund. One of the most expensive exterior only washes. For $20 it's exterior only and they don't pre wash or spot clean bugs. They would be no different then going through a gas station wash. I thought we'll at least it's a staffed wash so they'll wipe my car down at the end, but nope nobody touches your car. They asked for a tip to push a go button. read more

Today I went in to get an oil change and a quick car wash. It was on a Sunday afternoon, beautiful day, and the place was packed. Despite how busy it was I had an absolutely amazing experience taking my car first to get an oil change which save me $10 on a car wash! I was in and out with both services in a very efficient timeframe. I was most impressed with the service I got through the lube station (no pun intended lol). These guys did a full walk around inspection of the car to make sure that all of my lights worked on my wife's car and ran through a full inspection of the fluids and wipers without me even asking. this was definitely the worst experience I have ever had at a car wash. The brushes did not spray much water scratching my paint then to top it off. Vacuums were broken. I ended up driving away. Pulled in this morning 9/29/21 to get my car washed and the interior clean. When I pulled up I paid for the platinum wash, 41.00 plus tip,asking specifically if they would make sure the bugs were cleaned off the vehicle. Ok course they said no problem! Not only did the car simply air dry for 15 minutes, but I had to point out that they barely cleaned any of the bugs off the vehicle. I pointed them out and they still missed the majority. If I wasn't on a strict schedule I would have asked for a manager. So I jumped in my vehicle and guess what they never wiped down the dash or center console. Stay away! When it comes to getting my car washed I'm very spoiled, okay, I admit it, so I'll go pretty easy with this review. So, it's Friday night I'm extremely happy because I just got off work and I'm looking forward to the weekend like everyone else who decided to get their car washed the same time as I did! The line was extremely long to the point where it had to split in 2 lines. They had a very productive system where you're checking in and paying via tablet at the attendant in the front. It was very quick and I was impressed compared to the previous owners. My car was dirty and I just wanted to go already so I requested for the $11 wash (basic wash with tire shine). Everything went smoothly and I was happy my car was cleaned. Only thing is their tire shine was lacking, there was no shine, looked like oily tires. This is where I'm spoiled because I don't remember the last time when I vacuumed my own car. Anyway, the journey was pretty quick for how busy they were. I'll go two since the lady warned me. On the way in they now ask you to tip the "tunnel operator". I had gone on Friday with my other car and the guy couldn't have done much less to prep my car so it's pretty much "pressing a button". I commented as such and the lady, who had rung me up already said "oh if you didn't like your service Friday I should refund you and you shouldn't go through today because most of our (some word) is broken. I said I really needed my wash as I was going somewhere and she took the $ and through I went. Neither of the hanging down things were there, one of the high pressure sprays wasn't working so pretty much a couple of brushes, soap and the little spray of water. I worked 20 minutes with detailer after the wash...should have saved the $ and done the car in my driveway but was in a hurry. The quality here is HIGHLY variable, the service HIGHLY variable. Sometimes okay, sometimes a JOKE. Teen Challenge is too far and takes too long so there's really no alternative over on this side of town save doing it yourself. Tried calling..voicemailbox full. Just left after paying $34 for their "top of the line" in and out wash with a $10 tip to boot- driving home saw many streaks near the side of the front window that were missed completely- also front dash have quite a few white spots that came off easily when I rubbed with my finger - what exactly does your inside top of the line was really pay for ? Who is checking your work ? I am visiting from south Florida or I would bring the car back - shoddy work with little accountability- next tome I will check yelp first as now I get why they only have 2 stars - just wash it yourself as I am doing that now... Saw the answer and while I appreciate the sentiment it is not possible to see the missed areas on site - not until you go out in the sun can you see all the areas missed - plus the obvious missed areas on the dash were not checked by anyone with any experience. This may be a one-off, but I highly suggest who ever is checking the work done needs either to be retrained or get glasses. I go to Mister Car Wash's location on Rhinehart all the time. I'm a realtor and need my car looking nice and clean. - I have read all the reviews on this INSTANT drive-thru car wash and can't believe people would complain about bugs being still stuck on their car when they came thru or encrusted mud stains when going thru the drive-thru. It's a DRIVE-THRU.. it's for the average run-of-the-mill cleaning and it does a great job. I drive regularly from Sanford to Lake Worth and my car (depending on the season) gets completely ruined with bugs. I've tried to remove them myself and it takes about 1hr to rub, scrub, rinse and repeat with special products. No regular drive-thru will remove them. If your car has the average road dirt, this place is cheap, fast, and efficient and the staff is polite and helpful when you are in line placing your car wash order. If you want something special, you really need to pay for it. I gave them 4 stars only because the vacuums never seem to have enough suction. read more

A broken sun roof visitor, both rear quarter panel window gaskets melted by their grinder style orbital. Once I try to walk around the vehicle with the manager he give me a bad attitude and insisted it was like this when I came in. Automatically denied on the filed incident report. They recommend me to contact my own insurance to get this worked out. If I could give this no stars I would. At least they cleaned my all weather mats. But the rest of my car is still dirty as if they never even touched it. When I called they said we only give the inside a light dusting. Then what am I paying an extra $15 for? I will definitely be doing my own car washing from now on. I still had to go and get cleaning wipes for my doors, dash, and cup holders. Please don't waste your money here.
