The windows had been missed and many other places I learned after the fact we're not covered in the ultimate wash. Some of the staff were not nice about it either. AVOID THIS BUSINESS. This shop stripped the threads of my oil pan. The proprietor deflected all blame and after giving me the run around for 2 months refused to contribute to fix. Mind you I used his shop exclusively for over 18 months. His refusal came after I took this vehicle to HIS mechanic for verification, who said "Sorry it's aluminum, so it will have to be replaced." $1300.00 for parts and labor. Do NOT get your car washed here! I paid and left then turned right around after seeing the bugs still on the windshield! I went back asking if they could get them off and then saw the front of the car that still had a ton of bugs on it. The manager told me that there would be an 'up charge'. I said I will go elsewhere! I left and went back again because that is not right! I asked the manager where the sign is for the up charge for bugs and he said the owner tells him what to do so he is telling me. He then asked if I wanted him to take care of it and I said yes. He then proceeded to tell me I was 'pissing him off' and I replied that he was pissing me off too at which time he kicked me off the property and said I was now trespassing and I had to tell him to stop raising his voice to me! Is was taking twice as long to get the car wash than their estimate, when I complained they told me to leave without a car wash or a refund, when I refused to leave until I spoke to the owner, the manager called the police, who issued me trespassing citation. I never raised my voice or used fowl language, one of most bizarre customer experiences I have ever had. Do not go to this business. read more

Women "BEWARE," don't be taken advantage of. I would highly recommend that women or other customers stay far away from the Oil Change Shop there. I usually do all my own oil changes, however with no time, I had my wife take her 2009 Honda Pilot there just for a regular oil change. EZPZ right....NOT! The oil tech told my wife that her oil change would be $60+ because it required synthetic oil. So she proceeds to get the owners manual out where it clearly states that the Pilot requires SAE 5w20 Conventional Oil. She points this out to him and he "makes-up" another reason why it needs synthetic. He says that although the manual says what it says that because the oil cap has green letters on it that it means only use synthetic oil. Which is BS. To check on his BS, I called multiple Honda Service Departments and they all laughed and denied his so called claims! I called him out on it and he went on and on about his so called experience. After listening to him, I told him to put the conventional 5w20 in it. Whatever happened to a honest shop who you can trust and where you don't have to feel taken advantage of? I wouldn't let him put air in my tires! Very poor business practices! read more

The idiot at the front counter was completely incompetent and didn't even speak to me when I alerted her to a problem with the floor being slippery. She just continued to eat. The price for what you got was disproportionate. I will say the guys wiping the car down were nice and that's why they got one star. Otherwise I would have given zero stars. read more

This is for the oil change station and the short chubby guy who seems to think he's God's gift. When my car wouldn't start after the oil change (waited while he dealt with someone else he rolled his eyes about and trying to sell me on more than I wanted) I took out a very convenient device I carry for just such occasions. The guy looked at me like he was disgusted and threw his hands in the air exclaiming "I'm NOT using that." I started trying to figure out how to hook it up as it is very quick and easy but had not used it in awhile. I told him I didn't care for his attitude and he got loud and fussing at me. I finally said then "just do it!" having to speak over him. He slammed my hood and said "Call a tow truck...what do you think about THAT??!" As I tried to get the thing hooked up, he got on the phone with someone (after exclaiming his BROTHER is a MANAGER) loudly on the phone that I was REFUSING to leave (how?), threatening him (he was the one threatening and now lying), calling him names (even if I did, that's not a crime), cursing (?), TOUCHING the car (yeah? it's MINE) and then screamed at me that if I said anything else he would have me TRESPASSED! Yep, at one point I told him he was acting like an ass....MY opinion and entitled to it. Yell at me and I want MY turn. The half-dressed woman in the adjoining car knew him and began yelling at me as well. The owner said he would "review the video camera and get to the bottom of it." Riiiiight. The so-called cameras usually don't tape audio and would no doubt show HIS yelling and attitude. I am only sorry I didn't start MY recording earlier. Austin, the young man working with this guy was calm and helped me by checking me out. I guess chubby wanted me to leave without paying. Later, another employee admitted that this guy has an attitude. So why does the management keep him???? They won't get my business again. I will only use the car wash and only because I have gift certificates. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO DELAND AUTO SPA. Even though I chose 1 star, they don't deserve it. What a joke. Purchased an In and Out complete detail as a gift for $125.. When we dropped the car off, the owner tried to up-sale us. Told us the car would be completed in 5 hours. NOT. Got there and the car was sitting in the garage with nobody on it. Waited another 45 minutes, after inquiring about the status 3 times, before getting the vehicle back. Got in the car, immediately noticed some missed spots in the front. Drove it out of the garage myself, parked the car in the lot, got out and did an overall inspection. I'm not sure what they did, other than cause a lot of stress. Ended up calling the manager, owner and detailer over to the car. SO DISAPPOINTED. There is no quality control at this car spa. Did I mention after we got the car home, the rear floor mats were dripping wet and there was still debris in the cup holders? DON'T SAY YOU WEREN'T WARNED ABOUT THIS PLACE IF YOU DARE TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. read more
