The drinks here are more or less the same as you'd find in the US. The food options are a bit different. I'm not a fan of deli meat, so the deli sandwiches are out of the questions. The egg-white sandwich is overly buttered. The pastries are decent, though, and the drinks are a bit tastier in this side of the border. This location is always busy. But every time I've stopped here, the staff is friendly and efficient in their service. The only down side to this location is that they are usually out of lemonade, which doesn't let me get my favorite SB drink: iced black tea and lemonade. Their mochas are decent, though. There is ample seating around this location, as well as wifi. There are not many outlets, so come with a fully charged device, or you might be SOL. Overall, this is a great place to stop for a strong cup of Joe as you're making your way into, or out of, the Guadalajara metro area. Safe travels!

I had a 29 peso Americano and the batista offered to steam the milk when I asked for some. I love that! I tried a 39 peso grande latte the next day and it was also delicious. Of course I came back the third day and got a coffee and a half kilogram of beans to take back to San Diego. At 120 pesos, I couldn't not. Firstly the cafe is expansive, with plenty of tables and very comfortable chairs for people to sit. Here there are real outlets to plug in your laptop, and really great WiFi so far. I really needed to find a place like this where I can get stuff done, as well as, enjoy a frapuchino and chocolate muffin. The caramel frapuchino that I ordered was around $70 and it's the centi size, quite delicious. We'll see how long this frappuchino takes me, because I usually try to work 8 - 10 hours.

Delicious mochas and lattes with fine coffee art, tasty pastries and cakes, and bins of in house roasted coffees to take home for tomorrow. A fellow northwesterner here reviewed the service critically. It wasn't "American standard" for us either, but we came here to chill, and the cadence was fine to us. Accidentally missing an order can happen anywhere and it's always discomforting. Ours was handled nicely and we left delighted and refreshed.
