Adina call me back within the hour and made arrangements for a 4 o'clock massage today. We went with a trigger point session and I didn't realize how knotted up I was, but after an hour and a half I feel like a giant bowl of melted butter. When I say this was the best massage I've ever gotten, that is saying quite a bit because while I haven't had one in about three years I used to get them every two weeks.
