Absolutely horrible customer service!! Went in last week and lady on phone told me to come in to…read morethe 45th location and they will get me right in.. well got there and guy up front was rude and told me they are too busy for me... so I left and tried calling the lady who told me to come in and she would not answer. So today decided to go ahead and call and try again to make a appointment the lady on phone said 630 for a appointment and it was 6 already so I left my house and drive there walked in and it was the same guy and he was rude and said can't get to me until 10!! They close at 10!! I tried called lady back again and no answer and left voicemails and still nothing !! It's a shame cuz my wife and I have spent so much money there and used to like this place !!
