This place was AWFUL! They chose a level for me!! They talked and laughed the entire massage. My tech chewed/smacked gum loudly the entire massage. Left my boyfriend all bruised up. It was a long 30 min of straight torture. You could jerk, pull away, flinch all you wanted they weren't stopping. Laughed at the end and kept saying sorry sorry. And as soon as they charged she circled tips and kept pointing. It was just an awful experience all around. Will never come back here!!! read more

Even though you indicated that you want hard massage, they will not put enough pressure They only massaged my back and NOT really the whole body like in the other massage place that they will make me lie down on my stomach, massage my back then they will ask me to lie down on my back then massage my head, face, chest, arms, and front legs. Here THEY DO NOT DO THAT! Most of the time they used towel and just put pressure on my back, I was hoping they will use oil and will perform Deep tissue massage, THEY DID NOT DO THIS! They only put oil or lotion on my shoulder part and that's it! They talk too much and very loud in their native language (Chinese) and they will laugh! This is considered RUDE, because other people who doesn't speak their language will assume they are talking about them and making fun! They advertise they will give you a RELAXATION experience, but due to their loud conversation you will NOT be relaxed at all! If I could leave less than one star I would. We walked in and the lady automatically said it's a 30 min wait so we said it's fine. She kept shouting 30 min wait. Ok so we signed in and walked outside and came back within 25min she already had a full list of names after us and they all of a sudden didn't speak English. Therapist fell asleep during my foot massage four times. I asked to speak with the manger and they would not get a manager. Won't go back.

I have been in this establishment a few times prior to today. The massage therapist today jabbed her elbows into my spine several times. I asked her to use her hands instead, showing her with my own hands therefore, . She began to jab her elbows into my calves. I try to nicely ask her to rub my back. And she continued jabbing elbows onto my shoulders. After 35 minutes of an hour massage I nicely asked her to stop so that I could leave. She starts yelling hysterically that I did not leave her a tip. The price may be good, and some other therapist are good, but this is my last trip there. read more

5 of us went in for for my daughter's 16th birthday. 3 of us had the 1 hour massage and 2 had the massage and foot reflexology. I have had numerous massages over the last 10 years and this rank up there with the best. For the money you can't beat it. I will be back and you should too!! read more
